We came to this hotel after a long exhausting day at Machu Pichu, a train ride and two hour car ride, and we couldn't think a better place to rest than Placio del Inka. This place is beautiful and everybody working there welcomed us with warmth and courtesy. The staff gave us a brief tour of the facility while taking...

Being a frequent traveler and member of several Elite hotel programs, I wanted to take the time and write about a recent experience at the Palacio del Inca property. First off, the premises are simply stunning. Surrounded by history and impeccably upkept, first impression as soon as one walks through the front doors is simply breathtaking. The staff is very...

We really enjoyed our stay at Palacio del Inka due to the room and the hotel's history. The whole hotel feels like a museum and you just want to walk around and see what else is around the corner. In the lobby, they have hot water and mate de coca but I prefer the loose leaf coca as it is...

The Palacio del Inka was wonderful and beautiful. It had such a traditional feel to it, and although it was high-in we felt so comfortable and warmly welcomed even though our clothing was made up of mostly hiking gear. The hotel and the grounds are lovely. The entire staff was very attentive and polite. As soon as we checked in...

The hotel is located just across the street from the Convento de Santo Domingo, one of the must places to visit in Cusco. It is also about 400 meter from the Main plaza and the Cathedral. The service is impecable, from the check in, bell boys, Coca leaves tea upon arrival, to bottled oxygen in your room in case you...

I felt like there were many ways throughout the hotel and had a very olden ages theme to it do with marble, stone, gold colour and grand curtains. I only stayed here for one night it was nice and comfortable. The room was very cozy and comfortable. It...

The Palacio del Inka is a great hotel which used to be an Inca palace. The staff is tremendous and makes you feel like a true VIP. In the heart of Cusco, you are only a few minutes walk to so many places.

Tonight we had a wonderful dinner at the Inti Ray Mi Restaurant inside the Palacio del Inka. The food was very good. Our waiter, Felipe, was very attentive and friendly. I wish my Spanish were better so that I could better convey my thanks for a memorable evening.
