This was our first stay at the Sonesta Hotel and we would recommend it to anyone,with no reservations whatsoever. We were treated like kings and queens. All staff were super friendly and kind, calling us by name. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 12.
spend New Years Eve there and had a good time. quiet and clean rooms, helpfull and caring staff. food and beverages on a good level. enjoyed also the free coca tea, helping to overcome altitude problems. situated just a few minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas.
A little bit of a walk to historic center but doable...(10minutes) rooms ok( a/c not controllable.. hence a little hot...light switches not next to bed.. otherwise no complaints, great full breakfast with great variety, staff friendly and helpful
