Nice hotel. Food is excellent and rooms are large and spacious. Location is 3 blocks from town square. Lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to many things in the city. We slept very well and would return.

We stayed here in June as a base for our trip to Machu Picchu. Having originally feeling anxious about altitude sickness and how if may effect us all my fears were dismissed upon arrival. We were collected from the airport from a car arranged by the hotel, we shown to comfortable chairs and given coca tea upon arrival and checked... More

This hotel is fantastic. From the moment you walk in the staff treat you amazingly. Check in was very quick and simple. The lobby in the hotel is a lovely setting with a huge skylight looking over a stone courtyard. The room we stayed in looks recently refurbished. The bed was very comfy and huge, plenty of space for storage... More

The facade and central plaza area in the hotel are beautiful and the hotel is in a good location for exploring to town. Our room was very comfortable, with all modern conveniences and a nice bathtub. Service was very good. The food was excellent (including room service) and they begin breakfast from 4.30am which is very good for many travellers.... More

Upon entering the Novotel you could easily be fooled into thinking this is a top class hotel, don't be fooled! This is a very basic hotel that has the benefit of being in an excellent location and that is it. The rooms are tired and dated, we were allocated room 101 and quite frankly this is where it should have... More

We were just a bit disappointed in the Novotel Cusco; in fairness, perhaps we were a bit travel weary at the end of our Peru adventure, but we found the room a bit claustrophobic. On arrival, one enters a spectacular lobby with its original colonial facade...truly beautiful. But then, one is lead down a somewhat shabby corridor to the rooms;... More

Somehow I had got it into my head that this would be a budget hotel with few amenities. I could not have been more wrong. The entrance is a bit unassuming, being off a busy, narrow street but inside, the foyer is huge, incorporating reception and dining spaces. The local anti-altitude tea is bubbling away all the time (free) and... More

We stayed there twice as part of our Peru tour. The hotel is very well positioned and sensitively remodelled from the original convent/monastery. The room was very comfortable and had a good local view without being at all noisy. The breakfast was good although, like most of the hotels we stay edge in, the coffee wasn't all that! The staff...
