We stayed for a week in the Belmont Rio Sagrado Hotel so we knew about the quality of service we were going to receive but we never expected such beautiful rooms. We had to stay 1 night because our flight was cancelled and we wished we could have stayed longe. The rooms are beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine (hot water bags in bed, free mini bar, face masks, toiletries, oxygen ....you name it, you get it because if there is non in the room they bring it. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is specially good. They don't have a buffet these days but they offer you everything there was in the buffet and bring it to the table. Extraordinary service as you would expect in a Belmont Hotel. I can't praise this hotel enough. We have been on Cusco many times and we have stayed in Monasterio, JW Marriot, La Casona several times and I think this and La Casona are the best hotels in different style. We'll love to be back.…
Great location, amazing architecture, the best food in Cusco and service like none other. It is the only true 5* in Peru. Thanks to Carolina and Jorge for their hospitality and professionalism. The tea time experience was amazing.
Everything is very enjoyable, employees, the breakfast, room, location, etc, just to say thank you very much , and I hop to come bak more people to Cuzco the best place around the wold! thank you again
This hotel is beautiful. It was a convent back in the day and the adjoining hotel was a monastery. One wonders if there's a tunnel connecting them! The rooms are elegant and spotlessly clean. The staff is excellent. The pool is heated and very pretty. The morning buffet is good with lots of choices. The restaurant is a pricey compared to other places in town but that's to be expected in a hotel like this. It's a short walk to many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. (Pro-tip: There's a very good museum right next door which is worth a visit, and the restaurant inside of that place is very good.) I'd definitely stay at Palacio Nazarenas again.
My family and I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel over Christmas break. We had two gorgeous rooms overlooking the outdoor pool. The hotel is amazing! Really special rooms, gorgeous bathrooms, great service, good food, and a wonderful pool - stay here! You'll love it!
