A converted convent, the hotel has sympathetically updated to provide all you expect from luxury accommodation, whilst retaining the character and architecture of the original building. Beautiful suites with underfloor heating and oxygen enriched a/c to help with the altitude. Service levels are excellent and the turn down service includes hot water bottles! A special mention for Viktor, our butler,... More

Being in the hospitality business and having traveled the world, I can highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we pulled in up front, until checkout, the staff was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and had ever amenity. The conversion from a former convent into a luxury hotel was done in an exceptional way combining old and new. The central... More

We arrived very late to this hotel after a train mishap to discover that we had been upgraded from a junior to a deluxe suite. They had us checked in and up to our room in moments. The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. At breakfast the next morning I wasn't feeling well. Immediately, the waitress brought me a pot... More

This is a wonderful hotel and we highly recommend it. The location was perfect and it took only 5 minutes by walk to the main square. The place was a convent in the past and it was turned into a beautiful hotel. The layout and the ground were exquisite. There was an inviting heated pool for the cool weather of... More

Located a couple blocks from the main square the Palacio used to be a convent. After many historical events, the Peru government decided to lease the space for a hotel. Belmont took over the lease and spent ten years converting it to a 4.8 star property. Besides immaculate service, the hotel features rooms that retained much of the history but... More

We stayed 5 nights at this gorgeous, luxury hotel. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious with heated bathroom floors and added oxygen to ease the altitude effects. The service was incredibly accommodating in every way. They'll draw your bath or come to your room to make Pisco sours to order. The restaurant has a delicious breakfast buffet. And the spa... More

The moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully . The front desk was gracious and expedient in checking us in even offering a choice of rooms . Our personal butler Victor was beyond helpful presenting us with fresh flowers and offering a pisco sour prepared in our room. Room was perfect-so well done and absolutely beautiful. The linens are some... More

We spent two nights at Palacio Nazarenas. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a treat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms was beautiful and comfortable. Step past walls of Inca stones and into a cloistered courtyard with an ancient fountain at its heart. Then be surprised as contemporary Cusco comes to the fore: a fabulous spa, the city's first outdoor pool and stylish restaurants serving cutting-edge local cuisine.
