We stayed two nights in Mariott El convento; the hotel is very well located in the center of Cusco and you can go by foot pretty much to every place you need to see. The breakfast is amazing and will satisfy everybody! The rooms have the high standard of Marriott but we were a bit disappointed to discover that our...

The JW Marriott Cusco, Peru October 2016 Considered a luxury hotel, the JW Marriott in Cusco does not disappoint. Located in the heart of Cusco this hotel is very close to most major attractions and quality restaurants. The amenities and rooms are what you would expect from a luxury hotel and the grounds themselves are wonderful and historic. For this...

We stayed here on 9 October and again 12-15 October following a trip to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. The staff service and facility are exceptional and we highly recommend the free hotel tour available in the evening. The Marriott company obviously went to great expense and effort to retain as much of the original detail and design features as...

We stayed here twice on our visit to Cusco. The first stay was one night since we were leaving in the morning to Machu Picchu. When we checked in the staff told us the rooms weren't ready and we had to wait 10 minutes. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes we asked again at the counter and no one knew...

We stayed 5 nights at The JW Marriott. Beautiful courtyards and lobby. This is on the site of an old Inca palace, so they have some excavation areas for view. A convent was built one that and after some 'changes' with the church and earthquakes, the site was restored as the hotel. The people there were fantastic. Each day, Enrique...

We spent only one night at this hotel in Cusco, unfortunately, having arrived later than expected at night, due to train delay, and leaving early morning the following day. What a shame! We would have liked so much to take full advantage of our stay at this stunning place. The reception area alone calls for superlatives! Stunning architecture and decor,...

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. The attitude of the staff couldn't have been more positive and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. George Cruz, one of the concierge team, was one of the best we've encountered. He helped us set up transportation and restaurant reservations before we arrived....
