Our room on the first floor right above the breakfast room was somewhat noisy late at night and early morning. We requested an other and god this per first availability and without extra charge. The hotel and rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The staff of this hotel made our stay very convenient, was flexible and hospitable.

Room 311 is near to a smoking area. Also, there are rooms in the lobby area, as well as some noisy ones in the 2nd floor. Workers are friendly. Breakfast is also reasonable, location is very convenient

We stayed at this hotel for most of our trip to cusco and Machu Picchu. The first night we got a room on the fourth floor it was nice and quiet and very clean! The other days our room was on the third floor it was impeccable and spacious. There's free wifi through the hotel and they also have the... More

I was a teacher travelling with 15 high school students and this was our base camp for our time in Cusco. The hotel is in a great location - a short 5 minute walk to main square and 2 minutes to cute markets for souvenirs. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast in the morning has a... More

The hotel has a great location, minutes to walk till the main square, in a safe area, surrounded by restaurants and small shops. Large rooms - some of them with beautiful view to the city - clean, good sleep. Basic but nice breakfast and attentive service. Free wifi in the rooms.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is quite plentiful with a selection of fruit, meats, eggs, and sweets. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy from the traffic and the traffic police who blow their whistles constantly. There is an Internet computer for guests to use. The hotel will store your bags while your trekking.... More

Siete Ventanas is a medium-sized hotel located maybe three blocks away from Cusco's main square. This can be both good and bad: good, since you don't have to walk too much to the main square; bad, because often you get traffic around the street (windows can reduce noise, if I'm not mistaken). I've had some trouble with a room I... More
