This hotel is a short walk away from Cusco's Plaza de Armas, but be careful in choosing this hotel if you don't want uphill. The rooms are nice although the shower was a bit inconsistent with temperature. The breakfast is basic but nice and there is an absolutely gorgeous view of Cusco from the breakfast area. The staff is nice... More

Basic accommodation but clean . Breakfast is bread, jam and cheese. Coffee and tea always available . Staff are friendly but my Spanish isn't very good so we had a little trouble communicating . Stairs really take your breath away due to the altitude . Great value for money .

The hotel is well located, just minutes away from downtown. It is clean, service is nice and flexible (they offer to prepare breakfast at 5am if you leave for Machu Picchu for example). Wifi is good, hot water not an issue. The only slight downside is that it can get cold in the rooms if you leave a window open.

I clocked in over 12 nights here in June 2016. Overall it really is a nice place. It seems like the place had been converted from a large home so it definitely has that cosy feel. You can also use the kitchen upstairs to cook or boil water. What I also liked is the refillable water option (2 soles per... More

We stayed here for 2 days and we would stay again. The staff were very friendly and even helped us find things to do, places to find, and even called taxi drivers for us. The hotel was higher up the mountain so if you were to go to Plaza de Armas on foot, you would have to go downhill, which... More

The staff was amazing, very helpful and extremely nice. It was a bit of a walk with up hills and down hills from the city center, but we like to walk. Great view from the balcony. This hostel was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hostel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hostels around... More

My sister found this hostel on line due to the cost. There were six of us going on a five day trek and needed a place to stay when arriving in Cusco before and after the Trek before you could book the trek. In a desperate search for price and availability for a group of six, we found this place.... More

Mirador Santa Ana is a find. The place is lovely and meticulously cared for by their diligent and courteous staff. Their free breakfast is well stocked with eggs, good coffee, fresh fruit and more. A great way to start the day. It's only a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas downhill. My gf and I just took cabs back... More

Nice helpful staff. We had a spacious room with bathroom. Really comfortable bed! Staff put extra dark curtain up. The breakfast was very filling and the view was great. Ask about check outs as staff can be flexable! We would recommend and come back.

All around, I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Nice décor, very clean, and very helpful staff. It's walking distance to the center of Cusco, although it'll be uphill to get back to the hotel. Even so, a taxi ride back up to the hotel was very cheap and quick. Very nice colonial building and the breakfast... More
