Hello friends, I had the opportunity to visit this cozy hotel. Their employees are very friendly and polite. The place has access to Internet and as well has a restaurant. Everything was wonderful! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Eloi made very delicious breakfasts and there was always plenty of tea available all day. The room was spacious and the location was perfect for walking all around Cusco. Would definitely recommend this place!

This hotel is so accommodating. The cleanness is excellent!! Since you do the check in they’re going to make you feel like you are in home. The breakfast is so good and you have a nice view. I’ll highly recommend this place! For sure I’ll be back!

This hotel was in a good location given the reasonable price, and the staff were very friendly. There were also a range of options for breakfast, which was quite nice. However, we did have ants in the room, which wasn’t ideal.

I've been to Hotel Golden Inca just for one night and ny experience was much better than I expected. Everything is simple and comfy.. Good breakfast, good bed and the staff is really friendly. I recommend 100%.

First of all, this hotel doesn't have an elevator. They assigned us a room at the 4th floor. They managed to take our luggage to the room. Which was very heavy and the poor guy was totally out of breath when he finished with our luggage. This property also doesn't have any air conditioning. During the mornings and evenings the weather was between the 50-60°F which is ok. But during the nights it gets hotter. The room had a window which we opened to get some fresh air. But the problem is that the window is right next to the stairs, so all the night and early mornings you'll be listening to people getting up and down the stairs. We didn't even get to rest due to this. The manager and staff were very polite but honestly I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Excellent stay in Cusco. Super close walk to the Plaza de Armas (10 to 15 min walk) with some great restaurants and small stores nearby. The hotel staff, especially Richard Cruz Castro, have been so welcoming and helpful. The room service is also great and they make sure to tidy up and freshen up your room while you're out exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal! Seriously really nice menu to choose from and some unlimited coffee, juice, teas, bread, cheese, etc. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for value and comfort!

Good hotel, it is well located from the city center (15 mins walk from the Plaza de Arma / 7 mins walk from the Mercado San Bras : a great place for lunch) plus the location on the hill side gives a nice view of the city. The rooms are clean, hot water 24h, window with double isolations and a heating system in the room which is a real game changer especially in the night. The staff are really nice and caring especially the manager. We had a really pleasant time there. Thanks again for your service.

While I travel for joy I am also doing business on Zoom and by phone so I need extra strong wifi - the Manager Richard went above and beyond to upgrade the service near my room and make a special space available for a day when I had 3 meetings. Richard deserves a special acknowledgement! And he has a great team working there - sign of a good manager! The breakfast is lovely and there was always someone available at the front desk.
