At first sight the interior and bathroom looked modern. But this paves over the cracks of staying here. Noise travels very easily in this hotel through wafer thin walls meaning broken sleep is a guarantee. We stayed for 3 days in total having paid in advance not knowing this. On top of this the wifi was not working at all which is a massive inconvenience when on a trip that requires internet for organising and planning the itinerary. This is unacceptable for a three star hotel with no explanation or alternative provided. On our last night we asked for a taxi to be sorted for 9:30am the next morning. The following morning we had to remind them and they ordered the taxi meaning we left late. In short - stay at another reasonably priced 3 star hotel Cusco and I’m sure you’ll have a better sleep and better experience.

This was a nice hotel. The location was the best part because it was close to the main plaza but far enough away to be quiet. The staff was amazing and nice. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was how uncomfortable the bed was and the room service food was not good (especially not the pizza but what business do I have ordering pizza in Peru SMH). The continental breakfast wasn't bad. The room was clean, bathroom was nice, the water was hot which was also very nice.

I stayed there for 4 nights. I was given a room in the fourth floor which was spacious and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The view from the roof top at night was lovely indeed! The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating. They even helped me contact a taxi driver for some tours I wanted to go on and they were cheaper than expected. About the food, the only thing we ate there was breakfast which was buffet style. There was a wide variety everyday: different types of bread rolls, fruit juices and hot beverages, as well as cheese, cold meats, jams, cereal (ranging from corn flakes to local grains), yogurts and more. All in all, I really recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located (only 2 blocks from San Pedro market and 4 blocks from the Main Square), the staff were super helpful and the rooms quite good.

This is a very nice hotel, but i think the rooms were recently remodeled with quality materials, but the installation was amateurish. The staff was great and the food was very good. We stayed only for two nights and enjoyed the good breakfasts.

Our group stayed here before and after Machu Picchu. We spent one day touring the city and acclimated to altitude. Then returned for two days after. Staff is excellent, rooms are spacious and appointed. Lobby is lovely, and rooftop terrace has panoramic view of the city.
