I booked a night here through Expedia in March. When I arrived, exhausted after a 12 hour journey, they told me they were overbooked and I'd have to go to their sister hotel. They told me the other hotel was better and it's more expensive but they wouldn't charge me more. Ok, good deal I thought. But they didn't take... More

We found this hotel through a travel agency. The staff have been remarkable! I had severe altitude sickness the entire time I was in Cusco. The hotel staff helped me through the experience! They even went so far as to allow me to stay in my room past check out so that I could rest longer before catching a late... More

When we arrived we had booked a matrimonial and we were put in a twin room which actually had people already staying in it - their stuff was everywhere. The staff said it was fine for us to be there and looked offended when I asked if the sheets had been changed (since the people before us hadn't moved out... More

We arrived at Cusco and after staying there for a night we chose to move to Atlantis from other hostel since the place we were staying did not met our needs. We looked on the web, found this place and made the reservation for the rest of our stay...What a great decision! Since we got there we were received with... More

Maybe OK if one is on tight budget, but there are many hotels around, probably more convenient and with higher quality/$ ratio.. Location is about 15 min from historical district. I was given a room just under the roof, with the pigeons,.. Romantic indeed, but not really comfortable. Staff although not really professional are kind and helpful.. All in all... More

This was a pearl on our journey to Machu Picchu! The staff is wonderful. There are no bells and whistles at this property just clean, warm and safe. We will definitely stay here again. In terns of value, this was hands down a gem. If you are looking for a Hilton, this is not for you. The breakfast was good.... More

Highly recommended. Our plan was one night and we ended up here for three. Very accommodating friendly welcoming staff. Clean rooms, tiled bathrooms, large showers, nice location near the main square and a close walk to many delicious restaurants. And a cute yoga studio(yoga room) Serving a well rounded breakfast everyone morning, which is a deal breaker for me. Rolls,... More

The hostel was nice and the staff totally welcoming!!! Good localization near from the historic center. It was also clean and organized. The staff was always helpful, giving good guidances for the best tourist sites. The breakfast was not a complete breakfast, but it is enough and equivalent to the price.

This hotel was ok. My only complaint is that in their review it states that hotel is located next to San Blas plaza; which is not the case. They are about 3 o 4 blocks from it. On our last day we requested new towels as the ones we used the night prior were still wet and cold. We were... More
