Luis was an amazing host, he went above and beyond and was always attentative to our needs during our stay. We stayed with hotel atlantis when we first arrived and he helped us book our macchu picchu trip with door to door pick up and let us store our large luggage with him (We had room 205), upon our return we were put in room 402 which was quite dark and cramped, when we spoke to Luis about it, he immediately arranged for us to transfer to a different hotel at no extra charge. Luis was what made our time at Cusco the most memorable

By far the best hostal in Cusco!!! The showers were warm and rooms clean. I was with a group of 17 people and our hostel fell through last minute and this one really helped us out! At first they couldn’t fit us all so they walked us to a nearby hostal that was so pretty and extremely comfortable! They even gave it to us at a discount. They then set accommodations for the 17 of us for the next night at the same discount. Overall the people were extremely accommodating and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable!

I loved this place! It was cozy and the hosts were so nice and accommodating as well as informative! About 2-3 blocks away is a great vegan corner called Lila Gorvida I believe in the market up the street. Delicious vegan food from 12-3 and for breakfasts enjoy there hand made delicious fresh fruit smoothies! There is also a nice vegan spot called green points for dinner with a lunch special too. This place had all we needed, cant wait to return and stay here again! Thank you so much to the lady who helped ny daughter when she was struggling dealing with the altitude. These people are wonderful!

just FABOULAS HOTEL. we arrived very late without any booking and the stuff helped us with everything: quick loundry, made us sandwiches for the tour for the next morning (got out at 3:30am) and the best part is they let us keep the room untill we came back from the tour in the afternoon just for the showers..! AMAZING treatment and very nice, clean and comfertable hotel... thank you !
