We loved our experience here. We were back and forth to this hotel for 12 days and they kept our luggage for us. Staff was excellent and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was nice with difference choices. The only thing we were not happy with was the rooms on the ground floor. We were in 2 of them and...

Centrally located, half a block from the main square. Very nice and helpful staff. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it is a very good one. The first day we didn't´t feel well and the hotel has oxygen for cases like ours, it was great!

Originally stayed for 2 nights but had to extend it for another 2 nights here because wife had a bad case of altitude sickness compounded by bad food she ate in the city. The staff was very nice and accommodating, even bringing us oxygen in the room and calling for a visiting doctor to evaluate her and escort her to...

Almost perfect. I would give it a 4.5/5. The hotel is in a great location near the Plaza de Armas but for some reason no one knew where it was exactly including local police officers patrolling in the area. Eventually found it since the cops were at least able to point is to the street when we showed them the...

As is fitting for the central area of Cusco, this hotel is a transformed house, nestled on a small, hill-side lane-way. So - the first fun of this place is getting there. The street is too narrow and steep for vehicles (no through traffic) so be prepared to get dropped in the plaza and have to walk up, which may...

I love this hotel, it's so very 'Cusco', one of the most unique hotels we've ever stayed in! The location off of the Plaza de Armas was absolutely perfect - we love to explore new cities by foot and the hotel location meant great access to everything, including amazing restaurants. I loved walking out the front door onto the cobblestone...

We really enjoyed our stay at Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza! The staff is super friendly! The hotel amenities are very nice; everything is clean! Also, even though our room was close to the breakfast area, it was very quiet in the morning and we slept very well!

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and wonderful view from this converted private home into Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza. Good WiFi. Hotel arranged half day tour of Inca sites outsideCusco which was wonderful and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was good just next to the Plaza de Armas. Lots of restaurants and small shops in the neighbourhood. The only downside was that there were clubs nearby and that they were noisy until the early hours of the morning. We stayed in three other Tierra Viva hotels on our trip and this was our least...

Set between two discos that pumped deep bass doof doof until three AM, the hotel has put double glazing on the windows to try and stop the noise. But even earplugs and double glazing didn't help - the bass just goes right through everything. We asked to change rooms after a sleepless night and they initially charged us full rack...
