Wow! What an incredible and beautiful hotel!! Absolutely stunning hotel that used to be a home with a gorgeous courtyard in the middle. Really close to the city center and can walk to many restaurants. I stayed there for 10 days in May. Very comfortable beds and heated floors in the bathroom! The staff there was also amazing. Especially Gonzalo who worked the front desk… he went above and beyond in helping to make sure I was comfortable and helped with shopping recommendations. We had amazing meals and drinks there. People are definitely missing out if they don’t eat at the hotel!! I also want to mention Igor, who was the bar manager. Wow!! Talk about someone so knowledgeable! I enjoyed sitting in the bar and talking with him on a couple of occasions. He also made one of the best French 75s I’ve ever had!…
The hotel was beautiful and elegant. The service was fantastic, and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. It was full of history, and beautiful artwork. The location couldn’t have been better. It was in the center of town and convenient to several excellent restaurants.
We stayed at Aranwa for three nights while exploring Cusco and it has been perfect: Value for money, excellent food and the friendliest staff - would highly recommend it! It’s right in the center close to everything in walking distance and such a helpful front desk organizing everything!
On our Traveling Professor Small Group Tours, we have been visiting the Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel for the past 8 years. We come back year after year. First of all, this is a beautiful, 5-star hotel perfectly located in the center of Cusco. Rooms are large and comfortable. We especially like the fact that they have a "smart oxygen" system that mitigages the effects of the high altitude. The food is excellent and the staff is courteous and helpful. On top of all of that, the hotel is a terrific value. Stay at the Aranwa Hotel. I can guarantee that you will enjoy it.
Nice hotel with internal courtyards and quirky decor. Really close to the centre. Comfortable room with jacuzzi bath. Friendly staff. Didn’t use restaurant or bar as loads of others nearby. Provided with great breakfast box for our trek.
We stayed 2 nights at the Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel and it was amazing!! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the service was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the central park.
The hotel is located in a beautifully maintained 16th century building with very nice internal and external spaces. Great character and with very interesting Peruvian artwork collection. The breakfast was included, and it had very good variety of savoury and sweet buffet and good quantity. Our room was promptly clean, spacious and very comfortable with a very pretty view on the main road. We used the restaurant several times and we never regret it; very good food (Peruvian cuisine), tasty and relatively good prices for the local standards. We definitely recommend it! All the personnel of the hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout our 2-week stay. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it!
This is a beautiful 16th century building with internal courtyard. It is full of charm and charater and is adorned with many paitings and sculptures. The toom that we had, had a four poster bed and a chandelier. There was also a coffee and tea maker in the room. The air conditioning is good. The location of the hotel, very close to the main town square is ideal. The staff are very helpful in organising tours. We did find the shower to be difficult to use and on occasions got a surprise drenching of cold water from the above showerhead. We would have liked some English speaking new channels on the TV. There is a good buffet breakfast.
the room was comfortable and well appointed. the hallways are filled with portraits and other art. the staff was great. highly recommended. If I return to Cusco I will certainly include this boutique hotel in my plans.
