Ninos Hotel was truly amazing! I was told about it by friends and lured by the mission of the owner who started it as a place to house and assist a few homeless children. It has now grown to over 2 hotels, a few restaurants and aids over 600 kids. It is clean, the help is fabulous and the food... More

We arrived late after a full day in Machu Picchu, the train was delayed and we were suffering from some altitude sickness. (Cusco is 11,000+ and MaPi is 8,000) The taxi drove up to a very nondescript door, on a dark and almost deserted street. We were a little concerned but we knew our driver, so we knew we must... We really enjoyed our stay at the Niños Hotel, until it was time for checkout and we were presented with the bill... Turns out they charge based on number of people per room, not based on the type of room you reserve. Our bill was for double the amount we agreed to based on our reservation. Upon trying to remedy... Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel which has been founded to help kids who previously lived on the streets of Peru. The rooms are unique but lovely and although it was chilly in the evenings, each room had it's own heater. The rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. The restaurant has excellent food and is cozy with a... More

We were really surprised by this 2 star hotel where we stayed for 3 nights. Yes it was basic, but is was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful with everything and friendly. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the main square, which makes it quiet yet in a good location. The small restaurant makes a good... More

This is a basic (2 star), but clean place. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Rooms are around a big atrium with ok beds and facilities. The hotel is very nicely and you can walk almost anywhere in Cusco. As it is on a very narrow one-way street there is no parking close by and walking down the... More

The staff and Ninos Hotel deserves the excellent rating. They made everything so easy, from arranging a taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, stowing our luggage while we trekked on the trail, and waiting to charge us until we finished the trek (it was a three night hiking trip in the middle of our... I stayed here two nights, bookending a 7 day trek. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a small restaurant on site, where we enjoyed a fresh, tasty dinner. People who work here are very nice and the location of the hotel is a short walk from the main square. Recommend!

We recently stayed at the Ninos Hotel for a total of 6 nights. It is very charming, clean and friendly. It's in a good location, within walking distance to the historical center, but far enough away that it isn't too noisy. The only problem is that it is very old construction, so there isn't much soundproofing. Any noise in the... More

I decided to stay at this hotel because it had good reviews, is in a good location, and the proceeds go to help peruvian children in need (you can read about the founder/the story of the hotel online!). The hotel itself was nice, a very spacious room, and good breakfast. However, breakfast isn't included in the price! When we arrived... More
