A budget hotel in Cusco with 5 star staff. Could not thank the staff enough for looking after me and my boyfriend for 5 nights. Although it was loud at night the acclimatization makes you sleepy, so if you're not a light sleeper you'll be okay. Breakfast is eggs and cereal, matches the price. Good location for coming and going.... More

We booked this hotel for 4 nights for a business meeting for three travelers. The hotel is next to a very busy and loud street. The rooms are furnished with old and damaged furniture. The rooms are not clean. When I tried to close the window, the entire window including frame fell at me and I had to position it... More

I booked this hotel through the travel group that booked my Salkantay trek and Sacred Valley tour. The hotel was clean and quiet. There is an elevator and a small electric heater as well. The staff was wonderful about letting me store luggage I didn't need on the trek.

If you are looking to stay in a five star resort pretending like you are still in the USA this is not the place for you. If you are looking for an authentic experience living in another country this is your place. The staff is wonderful and satisfied my every need. Breakfast is delicious and free. The rooms were clean... More

We stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave! The staff were extremely receptive and helpful. The people in Cusco are all friendly but the owners here go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The rooms are cozy and sweet. I felt like we were in a b&b back home. I would recommend this hotel to... More

The hotel is more run down than it appears online. I booked a single room and was given a small room that was packed with 3 beds. There was no more than 2 feet of space to stand clear. The location is on a noisy street and a good 20 minute walk to the main center. The bathroom was not... More

Excellent place to stay while in Cusco. We felt safe with their security measures (controlled entry to the hotel). Very attentive staff and my only suggestion would be that when you make a fresh pot of coffee you remove the old coffee grinds replacing them with a fresh batch for the next coffee pot. The breakfast was great with eggs... More

Awesome hotel within easy walking distance of the center of town. Due to the number of tourist police out i never felt unsafe walking the 3 blocks from the Central Plaza back to the hotel =, no matter the time of day or night. Rooms are large and clean and the hotel staff is extremely helpful, though they speak limited... More

2 blocks from the main square--this is a perfect location! The staff is super-helpful and friendly (they answered all my emails within 3 hours). Even on Easter Sunday, they managed to find laundry service for our family's clothes!! The room (for our family of 4) was spacious. Everything (fire exits, earthquake protection zones, etc) was well-marked and clear. The included... More

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and when we went to Machu Picchu the staff stored all our things and nothing ever got lost. The staff was always smiling and eager to help us with anything their recommendations were also on point. The breakfast is the greatest we ever had, very rich and fresh. If we woke up... More

“We travelled during low season so we had a small heater to help with the cold. It worked fine for us (not like some other reviewers). Just turn it on when you get in the room and it'll heat up in no time. We actually found it got too hot at times and had to turn it off! We tried placing our bath towels in front of it to try heat it up so it wasnt so cold when you get out the shower... it was ok.”
