While the staff was wonderful at Posada del Viajero, the rooms and the atmosphere left something to be desired. We stayed a total of 3 nights - 2 before Inca Trail and 1 after. The first two nights we were on the first floor in the courtyard. The noise in the courtyard and the upstairs was unbearable. I used sleeping...

I am quite happy with the accommodations. It says hotel but it feels more like a hostel. Either way I am good with it. The place was clean, Quirky, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The single room was very basic. But it was just a place to sleep. The free breakfast was nothing exciting but it was good...

Thank you very much for your words, we are very happy that your stay was pleasant, we are a hotel, but we treat every guest by their name and we try to get to know them, maybe that is why it feels like a hostel.

This hostel far exceeded our expectations. It is very close to the hub of Cuzco, just a 2 minute walk from the main plaza. The staff were all very lovely and super helpful. The rooms were a great size (we got a private double with ensuite) and very clean. The room had tv, safe and some storage room. The main...

Thank you so much for such nice words, we are so happy to read you, sorry about the internet, we had a couple of weeks where it was failing, but he have change operators and it has been working fantastically in every area of the hotel. We would love to have you back with us.

The service was exceptional. The staff helped organize a multitude of activities and other arrangements all the while treating us like family. The location is also excellent - right around the corner from the Plaza de Armas.

Cons. Don't be confused. This is not a hotel, but a hostel! Crumbs on carpeting and hairs on the bathroom floor at check-in. Unstable internet (at least on the 2nd floor). This is 8,2-rated property for exhausted backpackers returning from strenuous hiking. Walls are thin and you feel like being a part of any activity in the neighboring room. Being...

Dear Guest, We are really sorry about how you felt with us, we had troubles with the internet a few weeks (month) ago, but we have solved that, and everything is much better now. We are really sorry if the room wasn't clean enough at your arrival, it would have been great if you let us know to manage the...

We stayed here twice, before and after our trek. The hostel held our bags for us while we were away. Great hot showers and very warm beds! No internal heating but we didn't need it in late August. A 2min walk to the Plaza where there are great restaurants and lots of things going on. The hostel Can be a...

My friend and I stayed here before and after our Salkantay trek. The staff were extremely helpful with taxis, storing our luggage, Extra blankets, nearest medical clinic, etc. The private rooms are clean and the beds are cozy. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Cuzco!

The price is very cheap. My private restroom worked perfectly for hot shower. The bed and the room were very clean. Free wifi, and you can use computer too. They have luggage storage system for free too. Breakfast was decent also.

We stayed February 2016, and during our stay we were extremely satisfied. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Even my 90 year old mom felt very well while we stayed there. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying there next time we return to Cusco.
