We found the staff to be very helpful in getting us settled into Cusco. The rooms are basic and clean with hot water available. The location is also just a few blocks from the town center. We would stay here again.

I highly recommend the Hotel Pachan.y husband and I and our 3-month old baby stayed here for two weeks and we were very happy with our room and the service. To start with they had kindly provided a precious crib with bedding for our daughter and a space heater to keep our room from getting too chilly. They were very...

We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and our accommodations. There was a crib available for our baby which was a bonus! The hotel is located only minutes (in a taxi) from a couple plazas, parks and shopping markets. Also they have a great American/Peruvian mixed breakfast. Overall, great experience and very happy with the hotel.

I LOVED my experience at Hotel Pacha! The staff was wonderful with our group of 30 (which included 13 children). They were patient, kind and very happy to help us navigate Cusco and the surrounding areas. Excellent proximity to the Plaza de Armas. Having visited MANY hotels and hostels overseas, this one was one of the best and most accommodating....

We were part of a group of 30 people, mostly families, that stayed in Hotel Pachan for 2 weeks. The accommodations were excellent for us and budget friendly. Jose Mellado and the rest of the staff were helpful at every turn making our stay most enjoyable. The hotel is not far from the Plaza del Armas and is easy to...

I gave this hotel 3 out of 5 as our temporary room which was designated to us on our first day was freezing cold and doesn't have a heater. Second, we noticed the front door was locked so whenever someone wants to get in they have to ring the door bell, so the lady staff assigned that day needs to...

We stayed at the Pacha Hotel Museo and found Jose and his staff to be very hospitable. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. English was spoken by some staff members. A good economic place to sleep and a short taxi ride to downtown or a leisurely stroll. Located in an area where you can walk...

If you plan to stay in Cusco a few days to a week, I would highly recommend hotel called: Pacha Hotel Museo. The hotel is cheap and really good quality for its price. The price is approximately EUR 10 per person and this includes the following: Warm room especially at night, the warm water in the shower all the time,...
