This is a very pleasant but somewhat basic hostel. In Spring or Autumn the nights can be very cold due to the altitude of Cuzco. Unfortunately, whilst we were there last time it was cold at night and the fireplace was purely ornamental and we were Bl**dy cold !! Most of the staff were very helpful and breakfast was tasty.... Moved to this hostel after being disappointed with another, and couldn't have been happier. It is quiet, comfortable and clean. The beds are warm and pillows good. The hostel is very clean, the bathrooms and dorms are cleaned daily. They have info on tours, taxis etc and free tea throughout the day. Breakfast included is coffee, tea, juice, bread and... More

Stayed there for 2 nights before starting salkantay trek. The hostel was recommended to us by our tour Operator (Bioandean). However, didnt unterstand why its recommended, since its impossible to go there by taxi (at least we couldnt find any driver to bring us there.not even the Bioandean taxi Service). You end up walking to the hostel from plaza de... More

Great place, we stayed in a bedroom with one double bed and one single, it was simple but very clean, 2 windows that allowed natural light to come in, free breakfast from 7-9am nice coffee and a toast, enough to give us some energy to walk around the city. The reception staff were always nice and friendly. The only issue... More

Comfortable and clean hostel 5 minutes from the plaza de armas..but a steep walk uphill which is difficult the first few times ! Laundry service available except on Sundays.. Comfortable beds clean and spacious bathrooms with good hot water showers.. Friendly and helpful staff ! Nice view from the dining area/TV room..

For our three months travel in South America we have used Booking.com to book our accommodation without any troubles, until we stayed here. We booked our 3 nights accommodation in a double room with shared bathroom, email confirmation, done deal. When we got to the Walkon Inn we were checked in to a multiple occupant bunk/ shared room. Immediately we... More

Location was good, near the best areas to eat and drink in Cusco, but slightly uphill from the plaza. Good price for a private room with shared bathroom and a great view of the city. The room was warm as was the shower. Simple breakfast of bread and jam. There is a kitchen but it can only be used in... More

We ended up staying here for 6 nights because we liked it so much. The staff were really friendly and helped us out with great food recommendations and anything else we needed. I even left a jacket behind and they were willing to do whatever it took to get it back to me, going to the post office and getting... More

We stayed here for two nights. Looked nice at first. But the curtains are thin and a lot of street noise came into the room at night. Also with it being up a huge hill it can be inconvenient if you are not used to the altitude. When we got back from our first day out we noticed our bags... More
