We stayed here 2 nights in November with a 1 night gap in between. We booked 2 rooms for 3 people. We paid a bit more than most place were asking for one triple/night. The rooms were in an interior part of the hotel and very quiet. Except at 7 AM when the staff seemed to think it was appropriate...

Well located in a historic buiding on the main street between two plazas.Nice considerate staffs helped me to carry my case, and gave me a check-in as quick as possible,it was really breathless at a 3400 meters altitude. Besides, considering the price, the breakfast was extremely impressive.

Nice big room with hot shower. We were on the third floor and there was no WiFi. We had to sit in the common area outside where it was cold in the evenings and we could hear people in the rooms taking showers and using toilets. Talking to the reception people produced no results. In fact, the guy got mad...

I really liked everything about this hotel, but from our experience, don't expect reliable wifi. The wifi was a constant battle and nonexistent in the room, not sure if that's everywhere or just in our room on the 4th floor. The location places you right in the thick of things and you walk out the door onto a lively street...

We arrived at this inner city hotel after an exhausting bus ride down the west coast of Peru via Peru Hop. The check in process was easy, and our party of four was quickly esconsed in two small but pleasanty appointed rooms. One of the two rooms was a bit smaller than the other and lacked an extra blanket, but...

Service is ok, breakfast is always cold, most rooms have windows facing "living rooms" so it's always noisy, avoid room 309 it's just next to the corridor where everyone goes up and down the stairs all the time, we were "promoted" to 309 after getting a tiny room with no windows. I complained the last day and was given a...

Staff was very friendly, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is located quite near the main square. Problems with the bathroom (toilet flush had problems and shower water took too long to heat up) and light coming from the corridor at night time in some rooms (there's no way to block this light from coming into your room...

I spend 4 nights there and the hotel is great. The location is on a pedestrian street and no bars around so it is quiet, if the guests are. One morning at 7 some young american guys played loud music the next room. It is right in the middel between The central square and the marked. I didn't liked the...

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel, the Customer Service was ok but not great. Breakfast was the best thing that the Hotel offered. The location was good. Rooms were not that good and one of the rooms only had cold water (outside temperature was 8 degrees).

I loved this place. Comfortable and well priced. Room: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water (let it run for a bit before it turns hot). Location: Centrally located, close to EVERYTHING you need. Staff: Extremely helpful and friendly. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Breakfast: quite plentiful and delicious!
