Cozy, clean hotel. Perfect location, not right in the middle of the tourist zone. Service was great. Front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Wonderful little place for the money. Would stay again!

The hotel staff was all SO accommodating and friendly. It was such a great experience staying there - from the staff - to the cleanliness, the outdoor patio area, and the location. We hadn't planned on staying there after our Inca trek and were going to stay somewhere else - but after our initial experience there when we first arrived...

Perfect place to stay, since I called for my reservation from USA, liked the courtesy and friendly service. The hotel is in good location, room nice and clean, breakfast area and all the service are excellent. I recommended.

We were in a girls trip and stayed in their biggest room. Bed and space were great and comfortable, bathroom ok. What I most liked was the staff. All of them, really helpful and friendly. They booked all of our trips - in a competitive price - and helped me with a 1 day trip to Macchu Picchu. The hotel...

Comfy place to call home away from home. I really appreciated the hot water available for tea around the clock. Staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and informative. Always looked forward to going back to the hotel to just watch tv at the end of the day. And breakfast was a great bonus every morning. Fantastic location; everything we wanted was...

The hotel is nothing special for what they charge... Cleaning is also bad, full of hairs everywhere. The worst is when asked for An extra night and they sad that it was full (we were ill and on Booking they had available rooms). Is this the Service that they wont to provide?? Rates were higher than what we were paying...

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Cusco but still very quiet. The hotel has a very nice patio and lots of common space to enjoy a cup of complementary coffee or coca tea. Breakfast buffet was very good. The main thing is the amazing staff that went above and beyond to make sure we will have the...

This was a supercute hotel in Cusco. It was also very affordable. I paid in miles but I think the cost would have been around 40 bucks a night. There is a little garden in the middle of the hotel. You are close to the market as well as Plaza del Armas. The best was that all the staff went...

Our room was simple, but what we expected from Cusco. The bathroom window opening to the main corridor was a little offputting too lol. What lacked in sparkle was more than made up for in service, Angel in particular is an absolute star. Trust every recommendation he makes! The whole team really bends over backwards for you, from putting a...

Staff extremely helpful, we had a room backing on to a main street, the room very noisy so staff moved our room for us while we were out on tour for the day! Hotel is about a 10 to 15 min walk to main square but plenty of resturants and bars on the way. We are very happy with this...
