We stayed here two nightw before our trek and a third night after our trek. THe hotel kept our extra luggage while we trekked. The hotel is located at the base of the street adjacent to Avenida Sol (the Main street leading up to the won Plaza). It was a 1/4 or 1/2 walk to the plaza (uphill) where shopping, culture, banks and restaurants are located. THe hotel has a very good breakfast buffet. THe rooms have heating that goes on at 6 p.m. and go off at 6 am. That seems typical for the area. We went in Peruvia winer and it wasnt an issue.

The hotel is very nice and close to the Airport.. I booked my pickup and excursions through them.. BIG Mistake... Arrived at the airport waiting for a pickup waiting waiting. then i call and they forgot... problem 1... When i booked the hotel and asked them if they knew of good excursions they told me yes and i could book with them,, I did and confirmed via email. Problem # 2. they scrambled and we were booked at the worse time to go to Machu Picchu... pickup 4:30 am and back at 11pm... they booked us on the cheapest train passages... I could go and on with the issues..... so just to sum it up nice hotel.. bad services.

We used this hotel are our base as we explored Cusco and the Inca trail , I can’t fault this hotel at all , the location is a little walk from the city centre but your better off there because it’s a noisy city so this is a quiet location and the walk is only 10 mins , the rooms are nice and clean , breakfast is lovely the staff are very helpful especially the guy who works in the evening, he has perfect English and very helpful we booked some tours with him he was so helpful, And on our last day we checked out early for an early flight but the flight was canceled so we decided to head back to the hotel and they let us back into our room and let us use hotel facilities without any problem this made things a lot easier for us , Really do think this hotel is a perfect place to locate yourself while you explore Cusco and the whole area

We stayed twice, before and after walking the Inca trail. It is a clean, convenient and safe hotel, a few minutes walk from the main road into the center of the city. The hotel only serves breakfast, but there are numerous places within 10 min walk to eat. Bag storage was available at no cost while we trekked. WiFi good. No problems with heating, as experienced by other reviewers
