Just as good as nearby places where I stayed that charged twice as much. I stayed in private room not in dorm so I can not comment on them. Convenient to down town and to nearby places to eat. Numerous laundries nearby also. Nothing special for breakfast but how many hostels have a special breakfast.

This hostel is very nice but has some downfalls. Good: Location, the massive tv and dvd collection, the tea collection! Breakfast. Bad: They tried to overcharge us (we booked online for a cheaper rate). The hostel is so small and only two communal bathrooms which led to a long wait in the mornings for the shower. The shower pressure was... More

No Wifi- no one can use wifi here and the management "attempted to fix it" multiple times. For travclers who depend on wifi, everything else could be marginal but when you cannot access the internet it does the location no good to advertise having it or their attempt to fix it. The service was fair and the location is a... More

Stayed here twice within the week. First room was a private room with an ensuite, very clean. Beds were a bit hard but we got used to it. We had to leave for four days to do the Inca trail so they offered to store our luggage for us. Second room was private as well but no ensuite. Other showers... More

Stayed here in November 2015. Wasn't sure what to expect, knowing it is a hostel, but the experience was more like staying in a hotel. We had a double room with a massive, comfortable bed, and great views of the city and the mountains. The bathroom was clean too. The staff were really helpful. We recommended this place to fellow... This hostel is one of the cheaper options in Cusco (which is a relatively expensive city in Peru). Its located a bit away from the main square up a hill, which unless your used to the altitude may leave you out of breath. There are all the local facilities around... Like a launderette (I would be careful about the one... More

Pros: The staff were very friendly and even made us an early breakfast as we had to leave for our tour very early in the morning. They allowed us to leave our bags in the storage room free of charge as we were coming back to the hostel after the Machu Picchu Trip. The rooms were basic yet comfortable. The... More

My wife and I had a private room with ensuite and it was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. There was a heater in the room which was helpful as it got cold. The staff couldn't be more helpful or any friendlier, the common areas are nice, and the breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the relaxed and... More

Great staff, clean rooms. We stayed in the dorm room (4 beds). My only complaint is that there was only 1 room key and there were no security lockers for the individual beds. However, the rooms were comfy, the staff was nice and helpful and able to arrange a bike tour for us and transportation to and from the airport.... More

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst acclimatising for the salkantay trek. It is a short walk (10 mins) from the main square and so is in a quiet location. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. The room was clean and bright. The bathrooms were clean but hot water and water pressure was a bit temperamental. Friendly... More
