My review is for the San Pedro ceremonies provided by Casa de la gringa and the overnight stay in Leslies' beautiful mountain house. San Pedro is a loving plant that has healed me emotionally and physically. I have suffered with an ulcer and gastro issues for the past year and a half, after two ceremonies I literally feel like a... More

During my extensive stay in Cusco, I ended up at the Casa de la Gringa for various weeks, staying in different rooms and also in the annexed building. For the affordable price it was really the best thing I could find - especially the hot water was so much better than in other hostels I got to know (something you... More

Stayed here as part of a retreat. It was organised by pulse tours and we went on the San Pedro through this place. The rooms are small and there are shared bathrooms. It was nice place to sit and chill out and talk to other travellers.

I stayed at this hostel for several weeks while studying Spanish in Cusco and participated in two San Pedro ceremonies during that time. My hostel experience was wonderful. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Glendy is the best!!! I stayed in two different rooms which were both airy, bright, and clean. The bathrooms were nicely maintained... More

The hostel was very nice. Good breakfast with bread and fruits, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms (shared), excellent location and very colorful. The Internet is good, but the place was not full. I would come back if I has the pleasure to visit Cusco again.

The hostel is clean quiet and good value. We stayed there for a week before doing our Inca trek and found the place very comfortable however when we came back we stayed for another couple of nights and the beds werent as comfortable as the first room. Breakfast is really good and you get the choice between eggs and fruit... More

I fell in love with Cusco and Casa de la Gringa was a big part of that affair. It easily checks all the boxes - the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot with decent pressure, but it's so much more than that that makes Casa de la Gringa stand out. Lesley has poured her heart... More

Landed in Cusaco, met by friendly Taxi Driver, who was quite ready to carry bags to hostel. Thank goodness. Checked in offered coffee, shown around and got to choose my own room. It was clean, new bedding, colourful. Felt very comfortable and at home. And it never changed. People coming and going all day. It was fantastic and ia was... More

Nice and quiet location in San Blas. You can do the San Pedro ceremony here. We had a double room with shared bathroom. It was a little cold but we found out you could ask for a heater if you wanted. There is a kitchen you can use. Breakfast was good - fried eggs or scrambled, bread and jam. People... More
