We were amazed from the start until we left this hotel. The good reviews are fully justified. Beginning with the staff: very service-orientated, professional and nice. The rooms are superb, modern, spacious and clean. You can fill up your water bottles with filtered water or get a cup of coca tea and in the evening a tea and a hot-water bottle is prepared for every room, which is an awesome gesture. The breakfast (selection and quality) is great, too, but sadly I did not feel comfortable so I could not try it all, but my wife did. They took care without any hesitation when they noticed that I did not feel well and prepared me some special tea. Thank you for everything, we would definitely love to come back.

Loved the special alpaca throws and hot water bottles to warm up our beds at night. Excellent location near a small flea market and town square. Very safe at night with all store open. Very touristy area. Luxurious with a unique local touch!

We found ourselves unexpectedly in lockdown because of border closures, and spent an extra 15 days at the hotel without leaving. Staff was amazing, keeping us informed and going out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The hotel restaurant served three meals a day during the quarantine, and everything was fabulous. The artwork and greenery that decorate the hotel interior are beautiful, and we spent a lot of time sitting in the sun in the little garden. We are so grateful to the hotel staff for accommodating us during the quarantine and keeping us safe and happy.

We had the unusual experience of being in this hotel while the country abruptly closed its borders and while awaiting a repatriation flight. However, we were well cared for during our unexpectedly long stay. It made for a very comfortable time in confinement. The hotel itself has beautiful spaces within its walls, plants growing and attractive architectural design. We had working internet. Amazing tea and hot water bottles were delivered to the room nightly. The meals were gourmet and allowed us to try many Peruvian specialties. The staff was amazing! They were so accommodating and kind. We hope to return when travel is permitted again in Peru.

Imagine being in Peru when the government orders all borders closed and everyone in the entire country to be locked up in their current place of residence. This is where we found ourselves, frantically trying to figure out a way to escape the country only to find ourselves stuck for 15 days. We were at first extremely anxious. However the first night of the border closure Sergio, the hotel manager, had a meeting with everyone in the hotel and told us that we would be taken care of. Over the following 2 weeks we were treated like royalty. I have never felt so cared for as a guest. By the end we felt like family. They care for our every need, going to the pharmacy for us, bringing us tea and hot water bottles every night, even making us a boxed lunch on the day we were to leave the country. I will never stay anywhere else in Cusco, this place is now a second home,
