The Hostel is quite close to the Cusco downtown, a 10 minute walk. It is located in a residential are so you get nice quiet nights. There is a daily breakfast that varies, eggs, fruit, or flapjacks. The hostel also help book trips and activities. I stayed in a shared dormitory with shared lavatories. They are all cleaned everyday, there is a terrace where you can enjoy a book, or a cup of water. It is a quaint little home, I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. If I am fortunate enough to visit the city again I will be sure to stay here. A three night stay turned 20. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. When the national emergency was declared many hostels and lodging establishments tossed guests out of their establishments or enacted draconian policies this place did not. We were graciously allowed to stay as long as we needed until we were able to be repatriated. The room rates stayed the same, we were still given our free breakfast, and were allowed to live our lives as best at the situation allowed. The best analogy I could give is that staying here is like getting stuck at aunts house longer than expected. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating especially for the unforeseen situation.

I came to the hostel by the recommendation of my friend. It was during the quarantine and not many places were accepting new visitors. I was arriving from Ollantaytambo in preparation for a potential flight home. Javier (the owner) graciously allowed me to stay once I explained my situation. I didn’t know how long I would need to stay, but Javier said I can stay as long as I liked and could pay day by day. He was so nice and really cared about my well-being. He also made sure we were stocked up on table tennis balls! The hostel itself was amazing. There are lots of common areas to hangout including a beautiful terrace, dinning area, garden and recreation room with a tv, table tennis and foosball table. I had a blast staying at the hostel and was never bored despite not being able to go outside. The staff were so friendly and would go out of their way to help us. They served breakfast every morning and were always available to assist us with anything we needed. I loved that the hostel is small so you really get to know the other guests and become a family.

Awesome hostel!! The best I’ve ever been to. Wonderful staff that treated you in the best way possible. Delicious breakfast that was served everyday. Clean room, warm water and great WiFi. They are also very helpful and helps you with both practicing your Spanish and also the booking process of all the hikes you would ever wanna do. No complaints at all!! Will definitely come back and have already recommended everyone that will visit Cusco to stay at this hostel.

My friends and I stayed here during a sudden 2 week quarantine period in Cusco due to our old friend COVID-19; and we could have not picked a better place to stay! The free breakfast every morning was wonderful to wake up to, the staff were incredibly helpful and exceedingly friendly. The TV room has a tabletennis table and foosball table, and the outdoor courtyard is perfect for relaxing or getting a pump on. It is also perfectly situated between convenience stores, restaurants and food markets
