I've never given a hotel this low of a rating but it was not clean (trash from the prior room occupant was still in the garbage basket), the hot water didn't work in both of the rooms I was given and the staff is pretty rude. Breakfast was terrible. The only reason for two instead of one star is they did offer overnight laundry service and luggage storage.

The Hotel is simple but clean.  The breakfast was disappointing as was the service for the majority of the Staff.  The Night Manager was a friendly & helpful fellow though.  There is a major issue with the hot water in this building.  Consistently, we had to run the water 10 - 15 mins to get anything that wasn't cold water.  These accommodations were booked by our Tour Group.  The Location was the best part as it was extremely walkable and near all the major tourist stops, shopping, etc.

This hotel has a slightly neglected and tired feel to it. I stayed in itwo different rooms during my stay and neither were up to much. Furnishings in both rooms were slightly shabby, with erratic showers. The staff weren't particularly welcoming or friendlly either. Plenty of better options available in Cusco at a lower price.

This hotel was booked as part of the G Adventures 8 day tour. This was probably the most decent hotel we had. Stayed there 3 nights in total. I had a small room on the way to Machu Picchu and a bigger room for the 2 nights on the way back. As both rooms faced the street, it was a bit noisy at night but managed to sleep fine. The shower was working fine, no issues with the water. Loved the patio area, lots of space and the wifi worked better than in the other hotels.

This hotel is a very basic local hotel. We stayed two nights (one on the way to Machu Picchu and the other on the way back) Here are my pros and cons: Pros Walking distance to tourist areas and square Safe in room Super market within one block Nice water pressure and good hot water supply Clean Cons Staff wasn't very accommodating Beds are small and not very comfortable NOISE - One of our rooms was facing the street. We got no sleep at all. The second stay the room was in the back and it was much quieter, however, the maid started cleaning the room next to ours at 6am. Breakfast was very basic. They would make you 1 egg (only one) if you asked but they didn't advertise this so we didn't discover it until after we filled up on rolls and jam. They have cereal but only have

Stayed here before the Inca trail. I was there with Gadventures. Great location, Lot's of stores and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Main square. Sound carries in the hotel very easy so earplugs may be necessary for sleep. Groups are always coming and going. I did like my stay at the start of my tour and the end.

While the hotel is adequate in terms of basic accommodation, it offers a lot in regards to location. Upon check-in, I was able to walk around the corner and immediately find a place to buy a Sim card, get some snacks for my room, and walk 10 minutes to the historic center. Based on other reviews, I knew noise was potentially an issue, so I brought some earplugs and had no issues getting to sleep. The staff was helpful when needed, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Some of these reviews seem a bit harsh. I find having adequate expectations really helps one’s experience. Most people are not visiting Cusco to enjoy a hotel room... there’s too much to see and explore! If you’re looking for a basic, safe accommodation that is close to the main square... you’ll be

Stayed here on two separate occasions. Very basic accommodations with thin walls and unhelpful staff. The checkout is very early - 9:30am. Some rooms are extremely loud due to some sort of commercial activities going on all night next to the hotel. There is internet but it is slow, and there is hot water but the drainage is poor in the showers so wear sandals. The breakfast was ok, and it was helpful that they do have a relatively secure luggage storage area.

The hotel is kunda pricy for what you get. There are many other hotels in Cusco offering more for less. But when I got sick they were really helpful and got us a doctor. The breakfast was not as good as many other places but the restaurant staff was nice!

The service level is terrible and the food is bad. They are just after your money. Because of the noice I was woken up at 6 every morning from people walking in the hallway, someone taking a shower in another room, walkie-talkies from the staff, cars on the street. Super loud. I will definitely never come back.
