We stayed here one night before our G Adventures Inca Trail trip. THe whole hotel exists to serve active tour groups like us. So very easy to find our information, meet fellow travellers (on their way out or back). Our room was on the ground floor, on the side street, so no problem with noise. Unlike many others. Breakfast adequate... More

Stay was pleasant. Sheets clean. Lady at front desk not very friendly at times. I asked if the water was okay to drink and she said I could try it. I asked if it was filtered and she said no, but I could try it. She was not very forthcoming with her information. Don't get rooms facing the street because... More

I stayed at the Prisma with a group of 31 high school students. We had so many issues with restaurants in the Sacred Valley handling a rowdy group of this size but every time we ate at the Prisma the service was really fantastic. The food is well prepared and they serve great coffee (and apple pie). The waitress, Carmen... More

The rooms were very basic. I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour. Here are some tips for your stay: 1. They have an exchange at the desk. It's convenient, but you will get a better rate at the nearby ATMs 2. There is a Mega Supermercado right around the corner. It is a 45 second walk and... More

Stayed here three nights in total as part of a G Adventures tour. Rooms are clean, and offer warm showers (which we were oh so grateful for on return from the Inca Trail!). Some rooms have wifi, and if no access, you can get it in the lobby. TV with Spanish and English channels. Good location with lots within an... More

The Prisma hotel is located only a few blocks from the historic main square and 2 blocks from the Qoricancha Temple of the Sun. Room & hotel amenities include; private bathrooms, internet, safe deposit, heating, cable TV, 24 hours reception, business center, restaurant and laundry service. The staff was not as friendly as we were used to, but were never... More

Unique hotel in the historic district within easy walking distance of Plaza de Armas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Dining room caters to a variety of tastes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some rooms can be a bit noisy due to its location on a main street. Breakfast is a bit of a mish mash with no hot items, but... More

We stayed in Prisma Hotel for two nights as part of the G Adventures Inca Trail. We moved to Prisma Hotel after staying at a great hostel in Cusco. Given Prisma Hotel is called a hotel we were expecting an upgrade from a hostel, but this was not the case. The rooms were fine with private bathrooms. Breakfast is included... More

being on a Inca Trail trekking tour, we were booked into the Prisma Hotel on 2 occasions before and after the trek. on the pre-trek stay, the room was not of the highest value re: location. the drapes were too narrow to cover the window outside of which was a bright street light. street noise all night long made it... Didn't enjoy any aspect of this place. It is very noisy, no matter which room you get put in. I stayed twice, pre and post a tour, and both were as bad as the other. The staff are dreadful and it seems go out of there way to be rude and unhelpful. The location is on a busy street about... More
