Stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour doing the Inca trail. It's a nice 3 star hotel in a good location in town which is relatively quiet at night but get a higher room if you can as that does help with the early morning noise. Breakfast was included in the tour and it was fine with some...

We stayed as part of a G Adventures trip and were caught up in some political issues upon arrival which meant all roads into Cusco were closed so we got off the plane from Lima and walked to Prisma Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, the room very clean and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. The water pressure...

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Cusco, it's a short walk to good restaurants. The rooms could use some updating but they are very clean. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast that is included is amazing lots of different options. We also had dinner at the hotel and...

We are comparing this hotel with comparable 2 or 3 star hotels we stayed at during out 2 ½ weeks in Peru. Unfortunately La Prisma was far from the best. PRISMA HOTEL, Cusco A very small room. Bathroom nice but no shelves. Clean. Worst breakfast to date. Definitely one level below every other place to date. Also very noisy inside...

We stayed at Prisma Hotel twice, once on the way to Machu Picchu and again on the way back. The property as a whole is beautiful and rather unusual and unique. There are a lot of common areas all over which is nice to socialise. It is also well located within easy walking distance to the main square of Cusco....

The Prisma Hotel has beds. The Prisma Hotel has toilets that work, sort of. The Prisma Hotel has wifi that doesn't work unless you're in the lobby. The Prisma Hotel has paper-thin walls, and the first night we were there the guy in the room next to us was hoarking up a storm for the first fifteen minutes we were...

We stayed here before and after hiking the Inka Trail. Our room was a little warm and our shower head was blocked by minerals, but otherwise clean and we felt safe. The proximity to Plaza de Armas and other historic attractions is good. We stayed in a different room after our hike, and the shower was quite nice and everything...

This is a basic but clean hotel in a good location for walking into the main part of town. We stayed here before and after hiking the Inca Trail and the room we were given before the trek was much nicer than the one we were in after the trek. It seems as though some of the floors have been...

The hotel is basic as many reviews describe. The beds are comfortable which is key for me. However, after trekking the Inka Trail my husband and I dropped off our laundry. We were told it wasn't necessary to add a description of dropped off items at the time. I did, however, count 23 items. I received 22 back. My $98...
