The hotel is located within walking district of the Plaza de Armas and other attractions in Cusco. It was clean and the staff was helpful, but the street side rooms were noisy with traffic sounds and street vendors. There was no shampoo or hair dryer provided, so plan accordingly. The breakfast in the hotel. which was included with our room,... More

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights as part of a recent G-adventures tour. Overall, I found the hotel to be decent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast served was quite good. The staff were generally amiable, although there was one lady working at the front reception desk who always seemed abit grouchy, or... More

I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour to Machu Picchu, so I didn't choose this hotel but I was pretty please with it. The rooms are clean with no frills. Good shower pressure, ok beds. The Wifi is great in The lobby of the hotel and although shows a signal in he room, it doesn't work. This... More

Comfortable hotel with reasonably good service. The breakfast was a bit off putting with pasta and gross yoghurt. Perfect for pre and post incan trek stay. The shower curtain is always off putting. Made me feel dirty when I stepped out of the shower. Overall I would recommended staying

We stayed here as part of a tour and enjoyed it. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety, rooms comfortable and it wasn't too far from the main plaza. Laundry and bag room were useful. Staff weren't that friendly though. All up, a good place to stay.

We did not personally choose to stay here as it was a part of our g adventures tour. Prisma is a nice, relatively well run hotel. Staff are efficient but for the most part not overly friendly or welcoming. Our stay in Cuzco and surrounds was marred a little by my partners food poisoning (not due to the hotel) and... More

The staff are friendly and helpful and it's very centrally located for Old Town Cusco... But this "hotel" is really not much more than a hostel with en suite bathrooms. (And bad beds with alpaca carpets for blankets... At least that's what I think they were?) We stayed here as part of a G Adventures package and it was sufficient... More

Nothing fancy. Solid place to sleep, though a little noisy. Close to central Cuzco, so very convenient. After the Inca Trail, I was just grateful to have a bed and a warm shower. If you're looking for luxury, look somewhere else. Otherwise, it's fine.

This is G Adventures base hotel in Cusco. Stayed here 3 times in a week. Great location in heart of city. Walk everywhere. Two rooms were interior with windows to atrium that was very warm. No AC. Thin doors with air vents to halls made for noisy times when other guests were arriving and departing. Lots of hot water. Comfortable... More

Stayed in the hotel as part of an activity package. Not sure on the room rates as the price was incorporated into the cost. One thing I can advise on is the cleanliness of the rooms & the quality of choice for breakfast.......both of which are excellent. There seems to be some construction work being carried out, but this did... More
