We enjoyed staying here with our group. It was very central to main attractions in Cusco. The beds were super comfortable, with warm blankets for the chilly evenings. Breakfast was substantial and offered a variety of foods. The heating was great too. Wifi was spotty in some rooms, but great in the lobby and sitting areas.

Stayed as part of a G adventures inca trail tour. The rooms were clean, the showers were hot, the breakfast was ok, restaurant serves really good food for dinner. Location was good - ten minute walk from the central square. On a very noisy streets and overall in Peru the rooms don't have great sound proofing or insulation so consider... More

I stayed at the Prisma Hotel de Cusco at the beginning and end of my trip to Peru. Both times the rooms were clean; the showers hot and the mattresses very firm, which was greatly appreciated after the long Lares Trek. My only complaint was the first night when I was placed in a room on the first floor facing... More

We stayed here at the start and end of our G Adventures trip and were pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews on here. The hotel is quite big by Cusco standards, with a big atrium and rooms split over five or six floors. Our twin room (419) was spacious and had a good bathroom with large, decent shower which... We stayed there 3 nights on our way to and back from Inka Trail as part of G adventures tour. Location is good but noisy. Rooms are basic but decent and mostly clean. Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok with good variety.

Here are my top tips about this hotel: 1- I booked on line because the price was within my budget and reviews are consistent about the fairness on the value price 2- Reception staff and bellboys were attentive, friendly and courteous. Restaurant staff was more cold-hearted 3- I booked 2 nights, left for one night in Machu Pichu and came... More

Hotel in good location, walking distance to city centre, shopping and food. Room had a heater, windows did not close and seal properly so good to have had heating. Breakfast plentiful. Hotel restaurant food not great, but handy. Wifi signal not strong at times in room. Hotel staff ok, bit of a language problem at times. Can get a bit... More

This was a decent hotel. The restaurant has average food. The wifi worked half the time so dont depend on it. Very cold during this time they dont have heat and in June and July its around 34 F at night, they leave a plug in heater in your room. If your taller than 6ft your feet hand off the... More

Huge hotel, many types of room. Our first room had a great shower and a balcony but was cold and the second was more basic with no external windows but a warm carpet. Breakfast is simple. Wifi was decent. Hotel alsoalso had a locked bag storage and free computers to use. Good location in the centre. Friendly staff about $60... More

This hotel is a budget hotel, don't expect anything fancy. Rooms are standard, small but clean. Wifi is not great. Staff are very nice and helpful and the hotel has 24hr security at the door. Great location for sightseeing around cusco. The breakfast was very unexpected. It was substantial and had a lot of continental and hot offerings. A lot... More
