We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2011. I would definitely stay there again on a future trip. I prefer smallish hotels that are family run, because I feel I get a more personal experience when I travel to unfamiliar places. Posada Nueva Espana was perfect. The location was great--about a 10 minute walk to the main plaza and...

We arrived in the hotel after a trip into the colca canyon. The room we had, looked a little bit used but it was very clean. They have a littly sunny terrace where in the morning the breakfest is served. Unfortunatly the WiFi works not in our room but well on the terrace. Sitting there they served us coca tea...

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were large and beautifully designed. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing in a really nice courtyard. I felt looked after and secure. The staff were extremely helpful and hard workingl in every way. The customer comes first here. It is an enjoyable, scenic, short walk into town. The cost you can't beat. What...

Our stay in Posada Nueva Espana was the best time of our trip in Peru. What made it special was the hospitality of its owners. As other people have said in their reviews the hotel located in a quiet area not far from the centre of the town. It was a real pleasure having breakfast on the terrace and the...

The hotel is in a beauiful old building around a sunny cobble-stone courtyard. Unlike other hotels in the center of Arequipa this hotel is very quiet. The rooms are generous in size and well-equipped and needless to say, very clean. When I arrived, I was sick and the owners took great care of me. Especially since travelling alone I enjoyed...

I stayed here as a base to go to Colca to see the Condors. The staff were incredibly friendly and did all they could to help me. The room was very comfortable with hot water on demand (takes a minute or so to get hot) and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace watching the humming birds is delightful....

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. It's clean and very quiet and relaxing. It's a scenic 10 minute walk to the centre, where you cross a bridge and you can get an EXCELLENT view of Volcan Misti. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff were kind enough to hold our bags while we...

Stayed here in September for 3 nights. The rooms are well priced, clean and comfortable. Great family who are both welcoming and a great source of amusement - especially Dad! PNE is in a good quiet spot away from the town but just a short walk across the river. The outside area where breakfast is served is quite charming as...
