I enjoyed my stay at Casa de Avila. The hotel room was modern and clean. It had a lovely sunny courtyard. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A walkable distance from the centre of Arequipa.

It is a different type of hotel, Classic, colonial style. We can enjoy the nature because every room is togheder garden. The garden is amazing, there are always birds singing. It was a fantastic experience. Really I like a lot this place!!

This hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with a central garden surrounded with rooms on 2 levels. My room was on a second level and although there is no elevator, meaning one has to carry his/her suitcase up the stairs, it is a very small inconvenience comparing to the advantage of having a bright bedroom on the second level. Just a...

I loved the location (walking distance to the centre), the garden and an extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that helped me with my future travel arrangements. The bed was very comfortable, and rooms always clean. I can definitely recommend. Armando - the owner - went out of his way to make me feel at home. I took Spanish classes here...

Dear Guest Its a great honor for me to get in touch with my guests. And sorry if I could not have more time for that. My team is the best investment in Casa de Avila. They are always trying to help our guests even beyond their labor resposabilities. We are happy to know you will come back and will...

We were supposed to stay here for a couple nights only but ended up staying almost an entire week! Breakfast every morning in the garden is lovely. Two 'domestic' turtles strutting around make the experience even better. Moreover, the accommodation is within walking distance of nearly everything in the city. But the thing I loved most about this place is...

And Raquel will stay with us for 2017!. Thank you. It happends with about 40% of our clients. They extend their staying. One reason is this beautiful city with lots of cute places to discover and a wonderful weather (always sunny). One turtle left the place. We still have Paca. We also love you staying with us and enjoying the...

Nice place, well located, friendly staff. Breakfast could be better on the simple side of things. The room is relatively comfortable considering the price of the room. Rooms are clean. I would recommend for friends and family.

We will be pleased to have an advise on how to improve beds. Now we are using semi orthopedic mattreses renewed every two years. And bed sizes are 2 m (king) 1.6m (Queen) 1,28 (matrimonial) an 1.05 (single) width. Tvs are 32 inches more of them. All flat led technology. Yes, Netflix is possible thanks to a 60 Mb Internet...

“The wifi doesn't work when the hotel is full so go out to the front desk area if you need to use internet. We splurged for the king room which was awesome as my wife and I are both tall people; it was nice to have a normal size bed in a country where double beds are the norm. The king room also came with two large storage closets and a mini fridge!”
