The location of the hotel is amazing, super centric and close to all the restaurants and bars. The stuff working in the reception and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The best part is the rooftop terrase were the breakfast is served with a view to the city! Definitely recommend

Room is small and clean, and the bathroom is tiny but there's lots of hot water and the pressure is not bad. Front desk staff is super friendly and the best part of this hotel. Breakfast buffet options were not bad for a hotel of small size. Good location right next to the Santa Cataline Monastery and walking distance to many restaurants and other tourist sites.

This hotel is beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice comfortable and quiet. Everyone has been taking such good care of us. We left early for an excursion and they made sure we had breakfast. Would definitely stay again and Recommend. Great value for the location as well! Close to a lot of great attractions

Nice clean hotel with cozy beds in great location! The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful! Breakfast on the roof was lovely. But the best part were the two tortoises that live in the courtyard! Definitely recommend Las Torres de Ugarte!

We spent a lovely stay at Las Torres. The room was spacious though only with a window into the hallway. The rooftop breakfast area is brilliant! We particularly appreciated the professional and extremely helpful staff! Well done!

We stayed at this hotel for one night and loved it. They let us check into our rooms very early and let us have breakfast that day since we were leaving early and would miss it the following day. The breakfast was on the terrace with a beautiful view. They served great omelets and fresh fruit. Our rooms were on a courtyard with two adorable turtles. The rooms were very comfortable and a reasonable price. Overall, the staff was very accommodating, the location perfect, and the rooms comfortable! We would have loved to have a few more nights here and would definitely stay again.

This is just a small hotel but we really liked it. The staff are very very nice here and put themselves out to help you. The location is fantastic - very close to everything and yet not too busy. We asked for a quiet room and were given one that faced onto the lovely garden at the back, which was very quiet indeed. There are tortoises that live in the garden! The room was comfortable, the beds were good and the shower was good, although the room was not so spacious and the bathroom was a bit cramped. There was a good range at breakfast in a pleasant room on the top floor, and like the reception staff the cook there made a real effort with some extra touches. It's a mid-range hotel not a big fancy place, but if this is what you are looking for I would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely adored our experience here! Not only does it have balconies that see over the city and give you great views of the volcanoes, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and they have two tortoises!! The breakfast in the mornings was very large and diverse. It is within walking distance to everything in the tourist center. We especially appreciated Angela's hospitality, who was very helpful when I hurt my ankle!

Perfect location. Our stay was too short. The staff was so warm and helpful. Safe neighborhood not far from the square. Everything was clean, good showers. Good breakfast. Rooftop seating for views of the city.
