This hotel is well situated for sight seeing in the beautiful White city of Arequipa. It does however have a lot of steps down to it and to some of the rooms as well. Having said that the rooms are clean, well furnished and heated with adjustable heat control. The food is of very high standard and service is very...

This boutique hotel is right by a bridge over River Chili leading to old city and within easy walking distance to main sights. It's tucked down on the river bank and doesn't look like a hotel at all. Some of the hotel is almost built into the slope - probably good for earthquake resistance. The slope works well to keep...

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. The rooms and facilities are fairly basic, but comfortable enough for a night or two. The best thing about it is the garden area, where you can have breakfast or drinks next to the river with a view of one of Arequipa's volcanoes, surrounded by canaries and peacocks.

The rooms have been renovated, but still have a few issues, like the massive keys, funny locks and crazy central power switch. Also, the pathways to get to the rooms are bizzarely cross country. The restaurant is nothing special. Nice setting.

Beautiful hotel grounds, located along the rio chilli. Close to main plaza but sufficiently isolated from the noise of the city traffic. Food is great, and the service in the restaurant is nice. The fireplace at night is a nice touch. Llamas and peacocks roam freely on the hotel grounds.

This hotel was okay for a 2 night stay. The location entailed a challenging walk into the town centre as traffic is chaotic and crossing the roads requires care. Breakfast was adequate and our room spotlessly clean. One of the 2 adult llamas looks quite the worse for wear, but the other and the youngster were in better condition. Fair...

A huge disappointment. The hotel is a bit of a building site which I can overlook. However sewage coming up into the bathtub is another matter as was the relative indifference of the staff to this problem. We had to insist on another room while they thought it sufficient merely to hose down the bath. It was a battle to...

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting next to the river with views to the nearby mountains. Great garden area with llamas and peacocks. The latter we thought might be a problem as they can be noisey but they seemed to be locked up at night. Convenient to Arequippa with a fifteen minute walk to the Cathedral. If you don't...

A friendly hotel with a comfy home feel. Although not in the centre of the city the hotel offers some the best views across the surrounding countryside to El Misti volcano. Although the Puente Grau is now one of the main routes into Arequipa few people notice the noise within the hotel grounds.

Room was on the small side and we were at the back (room 14) and it overlooked their back yard where they stored spare equipment. We got back about 6pm and just after that, we were aware of a loud banging noise. It would continue for about 5 minutes, then stop and start again about 5 minutes later. We could...

Situated only 10 minutes from the airport, and very close to the historic monumental and financial center of the city of Arequipa, by the banks of the river Chili, in the landscape painter's reserve by the old Puente Grau (Grau Bridge), which joins the center with the sunny colonial village of Yanahuara.
