It was nice and clean. The most positive thing is that is near Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was terrible; only eggs and bread, though the waitress was very polite. The room was very small, even for the price. I was in the second floor and could hear everything and everybody coming in and out from the hotel, so my... More

This is a little boutique hotel a couple blocks off the main plaza. It's got a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the price was great. The hotel allowed us to leave out bags there while touring for the day prior to check-in. Further, they served us a free round of... More

I just checked into this hotel this morning. I will say that the staff was accommodating when I arrived very early at 6 AM and provided breakfast and an early check in. However, after checking in to my room someone entered the room, without knocking. I assumed it was a checkin error and waited for a call from the front... More

My family and I stayed here just for one night. The place had a very nice patio area with comfortable seating to hang out. The staff was helpful with all of our booking needs, especially Veronica. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. 5-10min walk to plaza de arma. Very nice stay!

I went to Arequipa alone 5 days ago, when i arrived at the hotel they couldn't do an early ckeck in. That was no problem I just went to know the city! When I got back I got a lovely Room, no view but fair! Best features in this hotel are: the varanda (lovely view of the vulcano), the breakfast... More

The only hotel on our Peru trip where the staff were miserable, didn't smile and weren't overly helpful. Room 1 (downstairs) is to be avoided - it's small and the double bed was up against the wall on one side. We had an early start one morning (as most guests probably will if they are going to the Colca canyon)... More

I am here in this hotel for more than 6 weeks and know the progressive improvements they are doing to stay competitive. From cold (or not hot enough) water shower in the late winter mornings to very unreliable wifi connections I have experienced and hotel management always try to correct. Starting 3 October, wifi was top notch! Morning water for... More

We stayed here for two nights. We found the rooms were a little dark but we did have the benefit of a balcony which was good. We thought the breakfast was rather disappointing - a somewhat overcrowded dining area. The location of the hotel was good with all the major attractions of Arequipa close by.

My travel agency swears this is a 4* hotel but I felt it more like a 3* hotel. The rooms need a bit of updating and you can hear noise theough the walls. Being on the 1st floor I could hear an argument loud and clear that was being had at the reception desk. Moreover, the breakfast was the poorest... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel; it was one of the best hotels during our 43-day trip through South America. The staff spoke quite good English and was very helpful, made the room twice a day, provided candies as a small compliment every evening. The room was spacious, nice and well equipped, the only disadvantage was a bit... More
