This is a really excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Jose on the front desk is very helpful and polite. The hotel restaurant is particularly good with very generous portions. Came here because I was stranded due to the protests, but it was a pleasurable way to pass the time until the airport opened.
The food is good and tasty, also the service with Antonio is very friendly and professional! Well done! The pasta was great and cooked well. The risotto was creamy and delicious. The Pisco sour very flavored! I suggest to eat in this restaurant after a daily trip!
Wonderful place, just next to the heart of the city. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, great facilities, beautiful garden (with large turtle and alpaca’s) and luxurious breakfast. Also ideal when you arrive by car, since there is a free secured parking space next to the main entrance of the hotel. Highly recommended!
Four is us stayed three nights and had two rooms. The hotel is probably one of the best in Arequipa and used to be know as Libertador - unusually though, most taxis needed a street name to find it since it was renamed - and it’s no more than an 8 minute walk into the very centre of Arequipa and quite imposing relative to other hotels?!. The grounds were impressive and relaxing as was the pool area - the Alpacas and huge tortoise were interesting!! Staff were on the whole friendly and the breakfast buffet offered fresh eggs cooked to order and wide choices. The only thing I didn’t like was receiving a 30 Soles bill for a dirty flannel - used to clean a little mud from a shoe - this was really quite ‘silly’ and does nothing for service management responsibility/discretion given our overall spend at this hotel - needless to say, the maid wasn’t tipped!…
The room was great and quiet. The breakfast was exceptional. The grounds and pool are an oasis. And the best steam room we’ve experienced. The location makes for a easy, somewhat long walk to the Plaza. Would go back again. Everyone was so polite and service oriented.
The hotel was very nice, well located and mostly renewed. My room was big enough and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was contained but tasty. The best was the staff quality: all of them were very kind and ready to help.
We stayed one night at this property while we were traveling in Peru. The included breakfast was very nice and it was possible to eat either inside or outside by the pool (we chose to eat outside and that was very nice). We also had dinner in their restaurant and the meal was very good. The room was clean and good-sized and the internet worked as did the outlets. The property is a bit far from the center of the town but the center can be reached easily by taxi.
Excellent restaurant with nice ambiance and very well prepared dishes for fair price. Great for having business dinners with customers. Ask for Daniel who offered us a great service, highly recommended. The octopus with olive and the lomo a la huancaina are great choices
Ernesto and Antonio provided exceptional service. They were able to make excellent recommendations for food and drink. The cocktails were well made, including the more hard to make drinks. The Negronis were great. Highly recommend and will visit again.
All Is amazing: amazing room, amazing service for this luxury hotel in Arequipa ! Breakfast is excellent and servants are really kind! A big thanks to Hector for his amazing cappuccino! Amazing garden with a Galapagos tortoise and some alpacas! Definitely something we won't forget!
