All people here were friendly and helpful. We got to Cuenca earlier than expected and our hotel was fully booked. We were referred here by the hotel and was surprisingly quaint, clean, updated with great shower. Close to everything and taxi's are plentiful if not in mood for walking. They have free breakfast and cooked to order. Very attentive staff...

The owners and staff were so helpful and nice. The place itself ia a beautiful colonial building with a pretty open air garden inside. Breakfast was very good and they kept it going later than published a couple times when we were late. On New Years Eve they left us a small bottle of wine and some goodies. Very thoughtful!

This is an excellent base in Cuenca. It's centrally located, really friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The wifi is good when it works- otherwise sketchy and limited but this is the same everywhere in Ecuador. The place is full of character and you really will be charmed by this. The only downside is the poor noise insulation. It's fine if...

Great place with friendly staff and great breakfast but was not informed about road closure in front for next year or more and misleading free parking info. parking free only between 8 pm and 7 am. not for your entire stay. Also a block away from hotel.

This accomodation is very nice, cosy and near to the center of Cuenca. The owners are very kind and take care themselves of all. Everything is clean and the breakfast, always served with fresh juice and fresh eggs, is absolutely delicious.

The staff at Ines Maria are spectacular. The room we had, a Junior Suite, was comfortable, modern, with a great jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was fine, eggs any style, fresh fruit, breads with a sandwich maker to heat them up, juice and coffee. Eac time we had a request or needed information, they went out of their way to help...

Dear Mr. Freydin, the truth was that the last night of your stay we had new guests, who first were staying in our hostel, who arrived at midnight and instead of heading to their rooms were located in one of the living rooms the second floor to talk as inadequate, an issue that was noticed the next morning and apologize...

I stayed in this hostal for three nights. The owner was so concerned for my welfare after an emergency had me traveling alone. He emailed me prior to my arrival about difficulties at the airport and called me on arrival to welcome me. The hostal provided me with transportation from the airport at no cost and had breakfast waiting for...

It's lovely place! Small but lovely, beautifully decorated. Rooms are small, but nice. The best thing about this hotel is customer service. Everybody is super nice and helpful. Very good location close to all attractions.
