It’s about 3 stars in my opinion. Room is old and dated. The buffet sucks all I can drink is the coffee. There was bread but no toaster. There was fruits and cereal with sugar. The room was clean but the hot water is sketchy. The neighbor hood doesn’t look safe at night.

We´ve really enjoyed this hotel whit my family... Near from the Historical Center of Cuenca, and whit a nice customer service, the buffet breakfast was really nice, the beds were very confortable, and clean. We really enjoyed it!!
