The hotel is extra quiet! I had the feeling, I am the only one :) but during breakfast I met others. My room was single bad, I had place for anything. Bathroom is small, but good enough, with hot water! The room was every day cleaned up. Breakfast is simple but simple enough to start the day. You can watch...

Nice hotel with good breakfast located in Quito's party district. The rooms are nice and clean. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The wifi was free and working well. Plus: They have a "house colibri": Pancho.

Clean, friendly, central situation. Maybe a bit loud as sound proof of the doors could be improved a bit, but house rule - maybe due to this - is to ne quiet from 11 pm on. Right besides a super nice restaurant with typical ecuadorian food. Three minutes to plaza Foch. Hot water was missing on day two, this seems...

Stayed here 3 nights. A fresh new decor, very clean rooms and guest areas - breakfast room, outdoor area and lounge. Rooms have good mattress, new bedding, hairdryer, plenty of light. Lovely helpful and friendly staff who speak Spanish and English. The little garden area is just lovely with flowers, lawn and residential hummingbird. Breakfast is nice with fresh sliced...

We are English speaking, with a Spanish speaking daughter, and they were so accommodating to us. Several times they would speak in English directly to us. It was a beautiful place, very clean, and a nice, quiet place to be away from the noise of the city. I felt very safe here. Breakfast was great.
