It's always a pleasure coming back to this hotel. The staff is friendly the location is conveient, the restaurant is pretty good and the gym is really well equipped. Every time I come here I'm feeling like I'm going home and it's the most important thing for a frequent traveller

17 friends of mine and I stayed at this hotel prior to and after a mountain climbing trip. It is a small boutique type hotel. The staff are highly professional in appearance and in their service. They really "hustle" to get things done. I had no problem using English. The rooms are clean and modern with an up to date...

From very late arrival, to breakfast to happy hour and sleep, this hotel and staff is the Best for Price in in the New Quito. I was there an entire week while exploring the New and Old City, and also to visit the Equator site just out of town. It's very close to Fuch Square where there are plenty of...

Our luggage was lost enroute to Quito and we were told it would be a full 24 hours after our 12:30 am arrival before we would receive it so we were not in the most joyous of moods when we arrived at Hotel Reina Isabel. The late night front desk staff and bellhop changed that very quickly. They were kind,...

Breakfast was ok coffee typical hotel bad. Rest of food in restaurant was good though a little expensive. The area it is located in is fine...

Under 40 rooms. Some are in a second bldg I'd recommend you avoid. Very little English at front desk or on TV. Most guests are American but like too many hotels the only English TV is CNN World. Possibly BBC World. No AC and you may have only one window that opens and it may not be in your bedroom....

This was a very nice hotel, not spectacular, but very serviceable and in a good location. Rooms were in good condition, modern and up to date. Since we were booked there as part of our tour I don't know how it compares as to cost.

Immaculate design and service. Obviously not any sort of traditional style of architecture but very soothing come back to after a busy day in the streets. Great breakfast and especially liked Orange crushing fresh orange juice making machine. You feed up for oranges yourself into the top and Shazam outcomes your OJ. It makes a little bit of noise so...

Stayed here on three separate occasions, interlaced with climbing trips to the Andes. On each occasion my room was comfortable and clean, decent size and with good views. Quiet. Wifi was smooth. Good breakfasts. Convenient location. I don't know what my climbing operator paid but I added a couple of days at a rate that I felt offered good value....
