The room and bathroom were reasonably spacious and were fine for the 2 nights we stayed. The bed was especially comfortable.
Breakfast was a good selection on the ground floor with an egg station to go with a cooked breakfast. Unfortunately they hadn’t switched on the electric warming plate under the sausage and bacon so it was cold which took away the pleasure somewhat.
They do have a lounge available to those on the club floors and Platinum members but the receptionist hadn’t given us the correct keycard so had to change it before we could enter. A few snacks and drinks available in the afternoon and 2 or 3 cooked items in the evening.
We didn’t eat dinner in their restaurant as they are a number of other restaurants nearby.
Overall a good stay with room for some improvement.



We stayed at the Sheraton Quito for 7 days on and off and it was a great experience.
On the first day, when I got off the taxi, the concierge in the lobby called me by my last name as the first greeting. When I arrived at the front desk, the two front desk ladies were very enthusiastic and joked with me naturally. The fatigue of the long flight disappeared immediately.
The porter accompanied us into the room. After putting our luggage away, he also carefully introduced how to use the electric curtains and TV.
The food during the HH period in the lounge is very good, with plenty of high-quality animal protein, as well as exquisite vegetables and fruits. All dishes are delicious, neither oily nor salty, which is very suitable for us. The breakfast in the lounge is perfectly nutritious. Animal protein, vegetables, fruits, and cereals rich in dietary fiber are our favorites.
The lounge staff we met were very enthusiastic and professional, caring about our feelings and trying to help us. 3. Mary, the manager of the lounge, cares about the safety of our places to go out every day and gives special instructions on what to pay attention to. She is very warm.
We were particularly impressed by Paty, Stefy and Elitha at the hotel's front desk, whose cheerful attitudes brightened up the day. And things can always be arranged based on our convenience. Also, the concierge guy always greets me by my last name, which makes us even more warm.
A small drawback of the hotel is that there are few strength equipment in the gym, which is not well maintained, and there are few dumbbells. But the cardio equipment is good and comfortable to use.
This is a hotel that my husband and I both love and we will miss the lounge, the great staff and the service they provided, and the delicious food at the hotel.

The hotel rooms are decent size and you find all the Sheraton standard amenities. Our second check in was so delayed due to the reception staff and had to wait almost 25 mins to get our room. Had a request put in much before we arrived and they messed up. Just some small hitches but a good stay on the whole.
The entire team does everything possible to make you feel welcome at all times.
The reception was super friendly, in the restaurant everything was delicious and very attentive at all times.
Miss Nicole was very kind and always attentive to our needs at all times.

And one big caution, we ordered two cabs one evening, the doorman told us to us the hotel transportation, so two guys in SUVs were waiting. The proper cab fare to the restaurant was $2. They tried to charge us $25 and take us somewhere other than where we requested. I would recommend using a maps application and leaving it on for rides, also get quotes in advance
