Hotel is centrally located in the city and very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy and front desk personnel were helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Not able to use the amenities of the property as only there one night, but imagine they are very nice based on the limited experience we had.

We stayed here twice during our trip to Ecuador. The service at this hotel is amazing. From helping us print forms, to delivering ice, or helping us have food delivered, they were amazing. Friendly and eager to help. The hotel rooms are nice and large. I would happily stay here again.

Large rooms and comfortable bed. Great sitting area and great light from large windows. Bathroom was a good size. Room was clean and neat. No individual control for central AC or heating in room. We were slightly cold, and called downstairs. Staff were very prompt in bringing up a warm space heater for the room. Enjoyed the restaurant downstairs -- good food, good prices. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Free refillable bottled water stations in hallways. (Pre-COVID)

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is great as it is near restaurants and within walking distance to grocery shops. The room was clean and spacious and has a rain shower. Not much of a view but you can go up to the top of the hotel for views of the city. Breakfast was good and service was great. Enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at this hotel when our trip to the Galapagos was cancelled and we couldn't get a flight home for 4 days. Whilst the hotel spa, pool and gym were closed due to the viris the accommoadtion was excellant, the food very good with a lovely breakfast buffet. The best part though was the staff, there were brillaint in very difficult personal circumstances for them as Ecuador has totally shut down and most of them will now be on massively reduced hours.
