Great place to stay in the middle of downtown Quito. The concierge was super nice, my room was clean, I had a comfortable bed and delicious, hot breakfast every morning!
They even sent me a free dessert to my room on my birthday and a postcard that said “ Happy Birthday and Thanks for staying with us. I could not believe the level of hospitality, being from the United States I was not used to that. LOL! No matter who I passed on the street, in the hallway of my hotel, in the dining room at breakfast, they all said Buenos dias! Buenas tardes! Buenas noches! It was so refreshing.
Now for the not so great part, because the hotel is in the middle of downtown, there was a party at the discoteca every night! I was prepared for this and had my Bose Noise cancellation headphones if it got too loud.
My room was on the 11th floor and you will not believe the views of the city and the mountains from there. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place to stay. Its location was within walking distance of the artisan shops, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel itself was amazingly clean and I mean exceptionally clean. The staff was attentive and very helpful with language barriers. The staff always made you feel welcome and the rooms are inviting. The Restaurant was very nice and had a nice breakfast as well....great stay!

We arrived at the Park Inn as a result of a delay with LatamAirlines, and although we were a large group, which was quite upset (and the annoyance increased because the airline had not notified them at the hotel) they were really the only ones who helped us.
The reception manager has a great sense of service and problem solving and the entire team makes you feel at home.
The hotel is in the Plaza Foch area, unfortunately the area is neglected but the hotel is small but impeccable, comfortable rooms, good and on-time food service.
If you come for a short stay in Quito and are looking for a central place, the ParkInn will definitely meet your expectations.
Thank you all very much for the help and warmth! 🙌🏻

Loved my stay here. While most other hotels (eg. Hilton, Marriott) had used the pandemic as an excuse to take away complimentary breakfast, this property has taken to offering dishes (omelets, traditional Ecuadorian pancake-like dish) individually made for each guest that are delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone I’ve came in contact with spoke excellent English (breakfast staff, front desk, bell hop) and are all extremely professional, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. They were also very patient with my subpar Spanish when I first tried.

The room was sparkling clean and nicely appointed. The property looks very new and everyone seems to take pride in their work. And they were kind enough to give me a room with a beautiful view of the Pichincha Volcano. It was such a comfortable and delightful stay I feel renewed and well-rested. Strong water pressure and hot shower, something I’ve heard that’s hard to find in Ecuador. There was a Duvet on the bed and an extra blanket in the closet. I’m someone who easily gets cold and have been freezing numerous times in the Quito nights at other accommodations but I was so comfortably warm at this hotel. The gym is small with a Nordic track, stationary bike, a treadmill, and some balance balls and yoga mats. There’s no strength training machine but they do have a nice set of dumb bells and an adjustable bench so it all worked out very well but do note that the weights only go up to 10 pounds.

I have Marriott and Hilton Gold status but after this stay I have decided to shift all my future bookings to Radisson. And I very much look forward to coming back to Quito and staying here again.

We stayed here for two one-night stays over a period of a week, starting and ending our trip in Ecuador. This was during COVID-19, so the hotel was super empty and quiet, and the surrounding streets were eerily empty. The staff though (just one person on staff at a time) were always very helpful and kind. They helped us park our rental car in the parking deck, brought us up coffee in the morning, answered our questions at check-in, and were just overall a friendly face in a new city for us.

The room is extremely clean, and the bed super comfortable. We felt totally fine walking around the room barefoot, no dirt on the floor. Shower and toilet also very clean. We slept so well! Views from the room on the 6th and 8th floor were gorgeous, above the heights of the surrounding buildings.

Highly recommend this hotel, and as a Radisson loyalist, I was glad the property here was up to snuff. I will note that I did not receive my welcome amenity benefit as a Gold member, but not a big deal.

Everything you would expect from a standard no frills US corporate chain hotel, for a very reasonable price. Service is superb. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms compact (European style). Located in a safe and popular pub zone, if you don't mind the music. Breakfast is rather basic, but included in the low price. There is a compact gym, some work space with plenty outlets, good WiFi, taxis abundant. it is a small building (like 6 rooms per floor) and there is one small elevator.

We booked the premium king room, which was very spacious. The bed sheets felt very luxurious and comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is next to Plaza Foch for meeting with group tours. There are many restaurants close by. The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Fernando for driving us from and to the airport.

Reasonable for the price but it’s quite close to the bars and clubs which blast music till 3am.
Even with windows fully closed and on the top floor, the noise from the bars and the traffic is quite bad.
The bed was comfortable and the place is clean.
The hotel itself seems to be a little bit rundown.
Breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruits and some local options.

I stayed here as I was passing through Quito. My time here was great, I stayed in a king bed. The staff here is very nice and helpful and ordered room service a couple times and the food was great. The hotel is very close to plaza Foch, and plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Overall I was very happy with the value, free breakfast, room and everything. Will stay here again my next time in Quito.
