Great location, close to many restaurants. Beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable. Very nice amenities. We had an issue with our reservation through Airbnb but the staff were super helpful about the situation. I would totally recommend!

New, well decorated hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, wide and clean rooms and bathroom, great breakfast. They are concerned with environment. It is also well located in a charming neighborhood with several restaurants.

If how a hotel treats you during a worldwide pandemic is any indication of how good they are in normal times then hotel Kaia and it’s staff are simply amazing! There are worse places to be locked down unable to leave! We arrived here after completing our Galapagos tour knowing the country was about to go into lockdown and that we’d need to sit tight and try to relax before we were able to leave Ecuador. The decor was cool and the surroundings were definitely calming with even a bit of access to outside space. The hotel’s room service breakfasts and menu were a godsend and it was lovely to wake up to every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helped with printing out documents for our safe transportation to the airport. I know this is going to be an extremely difficult time for the hospitality industry and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully all the staff can weather this storm. Thank you so much for giving us a safe place to stay.

We loved our stay at KAIA hotel! It was one of the newest and cleanest hotels that we stayed at on our South America trip! We really enjoyed the friendly, personable staff and amazing breakfast. From the modernly designed lobby to accommodating our early breakfast request, it was easy to see that the hotel thought of every detail to ensure we had a great stay.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. The price is so good for what you get, and the attention to detail in every aspect is amazing. The area is great, walking distance to loads of restaurants and bars. 10 minute Uber from the historical center. Comfy bed includes a safe and they provide drinking water. We really appreciate not having to buy bottled water!
