Big rooms, but too old. It seems that they haven't done any reconstruction for a long time. I wouldn't say that it is a 4 star hotel. More likely 3 stars. What i really disliked - there was no hot water. I know it is a problem in Latin America but I think they should have boilers for hot water... More

My girlfriend and I went to quito to the Kiss 40th Anniversary Tour Concert, we had the best time in this hotel, staff is 5 stars, breakfast is included in the hotel Cafe, there are a lot of nice restaurants around at walking distance and you can also rent a bicycle less than a block away and ride around the... This hotel is far,far away from a 4 stars Hotel! No elevator faulty equipments, bad locks on the room's doors, noisy and not so proper. Wi fi works poorly and the TV on my room was out of service.. When I claimed I was told that it was working before my arrival..upon my insistance I was threatned to be charged for the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights during our stay in quito. If you can, stay somewhere else. Very overpriced for the value you get- it is 55$ /night, and is worth no more than 20. The front desk was very friendly, but it took 30 minutes to get one towel delivered. The bath tub was filled with mold and there was... More

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful when it came to carrying our luggage and informing us on where to go around town and getting a cab. However...be prepared to walk up multiple flights of stairs to your room with your luggage! There is air conditioning and a television as well as wifi in the rooms. Be aware... More

Spente 4 days in Quito with my wife and 3 little kids, we choose the hotel for the price and the location, close to everything, people is nice and friendly. Have a cafe that offers breakfast, luck and dinner from the menu, or choosing like us breakfast included, for kids not much to do, just the TV, but we do... More

This hotel has a great location in central Quito. It is near to the Mariscal area where you can find restaurants, public transportation and the Mercado de Artesanias. We stayed in this hotel during Holly Week and although it was completly full, we get a nice service from the front desk, room service and the restaurant. Unfortunately I cannot say... More

The best thing about this hotel was checking out after just one nights stay and move to a 'real' hotel (and 4*) just a block away that was only $10 a night more expensive. For me the main problem I had with this hotel was there was no opportunity to sleep because of the noise form the busy street outside,... More

I went there to work for a couple of hours while enjoying an afternoon coffee. The supposed "mixed" sandwich, was made with sunbeam white bread and hardly any cheese and ham, and a terrible hot chocolate. For much less money, I could eat fresh delicious Ecuadorian buns w/ fresh Ecuadorian cheese and thick ham, and an out of this world... More

I didn't actually stay at this hotel, but during a 9 hour layover in Quito my mother and I wanted a place to stash our bags while walking around the city. After asking a couple place and getting flat turned down, windsor quickly accepted, making sure all our money and valuables were out of them before we left. When we... More
