For someone who is a world traveller with more than half a million km passed in her lifetime it is difficult not to have a single objection about a place - well, this is the place. Everything here is more than great - extremely kind and helpful receptionists, maids, staff in the hotel restaurant. Perfect WiFi, excellent food, superb location,...

The location is convenient, only a short walk from Baquedano station. The room was clean and quiet. The water in the shower was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful especially with storing our luggage before and after our stay.

It is a nice hotel but not sure if it is a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was included. The receptionist was really friendly. She helped us a lot and provided us a map and showed us all historical points. Wifi was not good. It has a bar and security 24 hours

We had a one night stay in April as part of a Chimu Adventures tour. It was a good choice for what we wanted [just a place to sleep], as we ate at a good restaurant in Bella Vista. It is in a good area located a short distance down a side street and within easy walking distance of Plaza...

I do not know who gives the stars to chilean hotels, but most are over-rated. 4 stars? Please!. Noisy place (trafic), not very friendly reception, really small meeting room, and given the name, I would have expected japanesse food. But for lunch, an undefined first course, followed by spagetti in a "Alfredo-like" sauce with pieces of overcooked chicken. Good dessert...

It is shorter to recall the good points: (1) the location is good ! 15 minutes by foot from plaza de Armas and 5 minutes from the piato bellavista (2) the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful (3) the Wi-Fi internet was OK. Breakfast was reasonable. Other than those: the contact person didn't reply to my emails -...

The hotel is in a nice location, not far from the subway (Plaza Italiano) and Belle Vista (10-15 minute walk). Staff is friendly, speak English well and are very helpful. The breakfast is decent, not great, but the buffet provides enough selections to assemble a good morning meal. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, but as the previous posting said,...

Hotel is due for a refurb, other than this its somewhat reasonable. Only hotel to date that eggs aren't provided for breakfast and an additional charge is required. I'm sure there is better value for money elsewhere in Santiago.

Hotel nippon is clean and tidy, the rooms are dated but the desk staff were great, the breakfast if you were realy hungry might be ok but the food was very price driven and we considered it below average. But the hotel restaurant over the road was great. Hotel nippon has a good location , clean and tidy, fair priced...
