My ordinal reservation was for the Sheraton which is connected to the San Cristobal Tower. I arrived at 11am and was upgraded to the San Cristobal Tower. I was upgraded to a suite however would need to wait another hour until it was clean therefor I opted for mountain view room. Beautiful room with a separate shower, tub, and toilet...

My wife and I, along with 7 others, stayed there Friday through Sunday this past week. Very nice staff, good spa and masseuse was excellent (per my wife). Great breakfast on 21st floor lounge. Views are magnificent.

Check in was confusing, kept bouncing us between the Sheridan and the Sheridan San Cristobal. Room was on the 20th floor, right below the breakfast floor, which made for a very noisy morning. The room looked like it was designed in the 80s and hasn't been updated since. Great view but window was incredibly dirty. In fact the whole room...

This hotel is located 15 mins from the airport in an excellent part of the City with panoramic views of the mountains. Rooms are large and comfortable, only downside is the lack of updated technology with no USB socket within the room and an old docking station that does not accomodate the new iPhone. Located right next to the City...

Agree with previous reviews that service is terrific and that there is a great added bonus to get a room which includes access to the top floor lounge providing beautiful views limited free food and drinks. The Tower is adjacent to its sister Sheraton property which combined, offers all the usual hotel services.

As part of a work trip, I decided to bunk up at the San Cristobal Tower. I arrived in the morning via Uber and walked inside. What i found was 2 hotels sharing the same complex which was a tad confusing. Once inside the Cristobal tower section, I sat down with the check in agent and she greeted me warmly....

We live in Santiago and decided to spent a weekend al the hotel for rest and relax. The hotel is located not less than 8 blocks from public transportation. This Sheraton hotel is not one but two. One is the old Sheraton hotel and the other the newer San Cristobal Tower. Two buildings conected by one common lobby. All common...

Many thanks for your comments on our complex urban resort. Definitely the rooms facing the Andes are better, so good recommendation. So sorry for the hotel taxi service experience and price, Uber is a great alternative. Please visit us again, we are a great choice to run away from Santiago but remain in it. The tower offers spacious rooms and all the amenities you want. But the real plus here is the lounge with its bar and excellent bar food, the view and the 6:30-9:00 evening hours that offer perfect relaxation after a day of touring. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen in terms of choice and their smoked salmon...

Fairly well located for Bellavista and a short hop over the Mapocho for downtown Santiago. This is a proper 5 star hotel with excellent service, superb rooms, and a brilliant breakfast with a view on the 21st floor. We spent the day, with a late checkout, poolside before our evening flight home. The pool area is oasis like with an...

When we arrived rather tired and weary from a day's touring round Valperaiso we were delighted to hear we had been upgraded. How fantastic. The Tower was the perfect hotel experience. Lovely room, comfortable beds, accommodating staff. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and finger buffet in the Tower Room 21. The view from here is spectacular. Not exactly in a...
