I was thoroughly pleased while staying at this hotel. It was a few minutes walk from the Costanera center. People were friendly. They offer breakfast but I did not have any. They also have a small gym to work out for a bit. They also have a travel agency in the hotel that can help plan day excursions. I recommend this hotel.

Well located in a quite area but with plenty of options to go out for dinner, next to Costanera Center Mall, accessible to public transport, and also Cerro San Cristobal cable car station is within walking distance . Metro line is nearby which takes you to all tourist points only bying a BIP card. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfasts has a lot of variety and ther is complimentary water ,coffe and tea in the room every day.

Wife and I were here again this year for a night in April before our Easter Island trip. We stopped over in Santiago again this year, but this time it was to wait for a flight on the next day to Easter Island. This time around, we decided to just take a taxi from SCL instead of public transport. Since we'd save about 60 minutes in transit this way. Chile's currency and inflation had gone up so much in a year. Last year the private Transvip taxi was about $15 USD, this year it was $29 USD. Same company, same way of booking. We arrived early just like last year (9:00), last year it was still under SPG and our status was recognized with an early check in and an upgrade plus an appreciation with our loyalty. This year, since Marriott took over. Like many people around the globe had said, customer service has gone downhill. We weren't "bonvoyed" per-say. But our days in advance request for an early check in was denied due to availability, no upgrade, and barely a mention of our status except for here is your gift. Tech, they did their job base on availability, but still, it's been happening 100% of the time now compare to our SPG experience before. Something must have changed. We walked around Mall Costanera which was right next door for some coffee. Grocery shopped at Jumbo for some water in the basement of the mall. Had lunch at the food court, then made our way back to the hotel around 11:30 for our room that was ready. We appreciated their effort, 11:30 is still a pretty good time for early check-in. Our room was good. Everything was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked great. VPN only worked enabling TCP. The lady at the front desk helped us rescheduled our prebooked taxi back to the airport since the flight schedule was changed. Like always, they took care of us and our requests. Overall we weren't feeling as appreciated as last year since last year they went above and beyond. This year, they did their job, and they did it well. Overall it is still a great place to stay, and we will be back.

Staff was very helpful, the hotel is clean modern and the neighborhood has many nice places to eat. You are close to the subway and I was surprised by how clean and safe it was. I was also able to bill my morning taxi to the room was was helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff attentive, I dunno know if it was cultural or what however the scrambled eggs were very runny. Maybe that's a local custom?

First time in Santiago. The City did not disappoint and neither did the hotel. Very welcoming and all the staff from the concierge to desk to lobby bar and fitness area all are extremely polite and can’t help enough. Outstanding pool and restaurant area and choice of food for breakfast and evening meals are plentiful. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean and importantly beds are comfy. Highly recommend this to any business or pleasure traveler. Outstanding Sheraton
