*****Highest rating. Spent last week at this hotel and was more than satisfied. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. Maria Jose and her Guest Relations staff (Hans and Valentina) were very helpful with suggestions for Santiago sightseeing. Hans' recommendations were spot on and precise. Executive Lounge Clerks Tomas, Francisco, Lisette, Pablo and the rest do a superb job....

Was one night only, but a very pleasure staying. They have a good internet speed (RJ45 plug avaliable) and they are close to a big mall. The breakfast are rich with a large variety of breads and croissant.

I have to admit that this is a good hotel with great standards. But the experience I had today was bad enough to avoid coming back. The personnel put the blame on me and the manager was elusive. Never Again.

Good service - even the room service and conveniently located. Will definitely say there again. Did notice that a few reviews say this place needs a renovation. I guess that would help but overall the stay was good and I would definitely visit again

I have been staying at this hotel for many years, I am very disapointed how it is maintained. Many room have faucet leaking, air conditioning are noisy. it does level with a 5 stars hotel. The staff use to be very friendly, they have become more careless over the years, we can tell the management has change and it shows....

Came for business and stayed first time, as my usual favorite Ritz was full. Seems like a more modern Intercontinental to me: Huge, modern, impersonal lobby, spacious rooms but kind of poor attendance by staff. No early check in when I arrived 9am, so I had to pay the night before fully - at EUR 220 excluding breakfast not cheap....

I stayed here for over two weeks so I have a good overview of their operations. Rooms are fine, not new, but clean and relatively tidy. Breakfast is ok, buffet the same everyday. The bartender made an amazing mojito. Best I've ever had. Wonderful experience. The staff speaks very good English which was very helpful as my Spanish is poor. Would recommend to anyone staying at the hotel.
