I was unable to get any work done online. The Hotel internet is absolutely horrible. Slower than dial-up. I travel all over the world and out of all the hotels that I have stayed it the Intercontinental in Santiago is the worst.
I have stayed at this hotel many times. I always receive excellent service from Ms. Anna T at the front desk. She knows how to take care of customers and make them feel special during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
They sent me a email survey right after I checked in asking how the room was. I replied the next morning the coffee machine did not work. They sent somebody to my room to have a look and replaced it immediately. They followed up with another email soon afterwards.
A modern hotel, good facilities but rather soulless. A pleasant clean, comfortable room but chose to eat outside the hotel where there are plenty of small eateries. We spent one night which was fine but wouldn't have wanted to be there longer.
Very plush. Clean, spacious, opulent. Staff attentive and friendly however very limited English leading to some miscommunication. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Lots of security whilst there as South American Presidents gathering.
