You can hardly find such service oriented staff. Really all were extremely helpful even though the difficult situation we are all facing. Additionally the hotel itself is really nice and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is also very good with a lot of fruits, juices, good coffee, scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, yogurt, jam,... The location is also ideal and ask the staff for recommendations :-) We loved our stay and thanks for being such an excellent host for us! We highly appreciated your support!
Nice room with a small balcony, the bathroom too small, no rooms in first floor for handycaps, should take care of that. Walking distance from Teleferico and monoriel and the park of the Virgen ......
This is a nice local boutique hotel in a great location . The hotel is located in the Bellavista area of Santiago which is the artisan and bohemian district of the city . We loved the area with all its murals and plenty of restaurants / bars within walking distance The hotel doesn't have an elevator something to be aware of if stairs are a problem . Our room was spacious and comfortable , a bit more storage would have been nice . We had a very small bathroom and even smaller shower , for some reason when we took a shower the bathroom floor flooded , hope they fixed this . The air conditioning and wifi were fine , the room also had a safe and mini bar . Our room had a small balcony and the hotel has a roof top deck with great views . The breakfast was very basic and this is where there is room for improvement . Dirty dishes were left sitting on tables and the staff seemed to hide in the kitchen area afraid to interact with the guests . We were able to walk to most of the attractions that we wanted to see in Santiago . The hotel does not have a gym but a good one is located a couple blocks away . For spectacular views of the city don't miss the funicular/cable car which are not far from the hotel . Don't be concerned with the ongoing protests and graffiti , educate yourself . The protests were never a problem during our visit to Santiago . Thanks to Sebastian and the other front desk staff for all their assistance during our visit…
We enjoyed a short, two night stay at Hotel Loreto recently and found it to be a well located and altogether pleasant hotel. Our room on the second level faced the inner courtyard and had access to a large (shared) balcony. It was a large room with a good sized bathroom which had (unusually) a bath-tub. The bed was very comfortable and in all respects the room was acceptable. Breakfast downstairs was fine with a reasonable selection of the usual South American brekkie choices. The reception staff were friendly, the maid service very good. Great location in a really interesting part of Santiago - many good restaurants and bars nearby; magnificent street art everywhere; easy walk into the main areas of the city (Central Market; the plazas; etc). Very highly recommended.
Had everything we needed and the English speaking staff made it very comfy. Sebastian was super helpful and informative. The rooftop deck and complimentary bottle of wine was the icing on the cake. The area was safe and very hip. The best food in Santiago within walking distance.
