Quite a charming boutique hotel with all of the old world European feel. My husband and I woke up each morning in a well furnished and decorated room then wandered to breakfast in the well manicured pebbled garden. The staff was more than kind and helpful when planning out our day each time we headed out to discover Santiago. After having an adventurous vacation that took us through the dry Atacama desert to the remote Easter Island, all we needed was some TLC before heading back to our rough and tumble lives in NYC and La Reve was the perfect spot! With sophistication and knowledge, I felt we were spoiled to be here. Thank you so much for the experience!! A special shout out to Tomas and Jose in particular for understanding our needs and assisting us down to every little request.

The hotel is a small (but not too small!) hotel in a nice neighborhood in Santiago. Our room, a deluxe king, was lovely. Very quiet overlooking the courtyard. Didn't think the bedroom was too small and the shower was absolutely perfect - great water pressure and hot water. The staff (no matter who is at the desk) is so very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for dinner nearby. Breakfast offered many choices and very, very good coffee! I would definitely recommend and return to Le Rêve.

We had three nights at this gorgeous boutique hotel with its friendly and efficient staff. Even though there were demos in the centre of the city we felt very safe and comfortable at the Le Reve. The lovely manager popped in each morn to chat to guests and the location was lovely close to several restaurants recommended by the hotel staff. They have a relaxing garden to sit in after a day sightseeing and the breakfast was freshly cooked with very good choices available and good coffee too. Our room was spotless and bed very comfortable with ample space in the bathroom. We returned a few days away for one night and were kindly upgraded to a suite - such a treat. Thank you to all at the Le Reve for your genuine hospitality.

Le Reve Hotel is a boutique hotel that is situated a mile away from the currents protests in Santiago but is within walking distance of many very fine restaurants. The hotel is on a side street off the main road and is very quiet. The hotel staff is excellent. The rooms are well furnished and the public areas of the hotel are very nice. There is an enclosed outdoor courtyard that is shaded by trees and is just wonderful for breakfast.

This is a delightful boutique hotel, perfect for couples whether you're honeymooners or retired travellers. The staff are unfailingly courteous and polite; the rooms are spotless and gracious; and there is a delightful garden courtyard where you can have pre-dinner drinks (with an honour system bar) or afternoon tea (complimentary every afternoon at 5pm) or the delicious breakfast. Set in a great area in a quiet street lined with restaurants and walking distance to the famous cable car and funicular to see the views. Highly recommended!

Having stayed here multiple times, I can say that they have the highest level of attention to detail from the grounds and rooms to the breakfast.
It feels like staying with a family because the staff are always so friendly and the neighbourhood is absolutely perfect.

A delightful, boutique hotel in an excellent location near metro. The staff were gentle and courteous and helpful. The central courtyard provided a quiet and peaceful spot for breakfast or an afternoon drink. Although the room did not provide tea and coffee making facilities, these were always available in from the easily accessed kitchen. A great stay and one that we hope to repeat when next in Santiago.

We stayed 2 x nights and we were very pleased with the hotel room (albeit small - it was clean and very comfortable), the staff's helpfulness and the surrounding area/suburb. Breakfast was included which was very adequate. Could eat it inside or out in the garden, which was fabulous. We used the outside courtyard for breakfast and later in the afternoon. It was an oasis. The staff recommended eating places around (there were tonnes) and it was in easy walking distance to attractions and mall. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous hotel in the centre of Santiago. From the minute we arrived the staff were extremely helpful constantly going above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Our room was on the third floor and had a balcony with a two seater table which was an additional nice touch. We felt extremely safe in this area and walked to dinner and home each night. Walking distance to oasis station cable car. Group or Private tours can be organised by the front desk. We loved the breakfast in the courtyard, the honesty bar and self serve kitchen.

We stayed here prior to our cruise (which, thanks to COVID-19 was cancelled) the hotel is in a beautiful leafy area, surrounded by quaint restaurants and bars. We had a Junior Suite to accommodate 2 adults and one child which was lovely and spacious and although our room was air conditioned, the 'attic' was not. The staff were amazing and were more than helpful in our circumstances. The hotel features buffet continental breakfast and the kitchen is open until 11pm to help yourself to tea/coffee/home made biscuits. There is an honesty bar from 4pm for Happy Hour and a lovely lounge area or outdoor terrace to enjoy. The hotel is an easy walk to the Japanese Garden or the Costanera Centre, which houses a large shopping mall. Highly reccommended.

I think the hotel will be closed at the moment. We understand from a Chilean contact that the Covid restrictions are particularly rigorous in Santiago with no one allowed outside. Let us hope that the hotel will be able to open after the crisis passes.

I had brought Starbucks instant coffee with me but could not use it in Chile. None of the hotels had kettles in the rooms.
